I have been to the store many times for buying equipment and getting advice. Everytime I have talked to a guy I think is called "Txitxo".
First time I came to the store i Just bought a Wetsuit online and it scratched my neck, so i decided to go buy a hoodie in the store.
I meet the guy and he showed a lot of interes and understanding about the subject. He asked if I had tried putting some surfwax on the wetsuit and maybe a bit of vaseline on my neck instead to see if that helped. I have used this trick ever since and i paid less than 1/20 of what i came for and was really happy about the guidance.
Next time i went to the store was for buying a Surfskatebord to help me practice me with my surfing. I had set my eyes on a board from the basque "YOW" and went to ask him about the different models. he told me what to concider in regards to wheeltype, wheelsize and the size of the board. He took his time and gave me great advice.
That day I left the shop with more questions to concider before buying. When i narrowed my decisions down to two choices i came back asking him which one to choose.
There was a considerable price difference on the two boards. This guy adviced me to buy the cheaper one because that was the right choice for me due to the board type and what i should use it for. Before i left he said thank you and "You go love and enjoy that board and ride many thousand kilometers on it" I tell you guys, it is not often I get advice from a man as happy and understanding as this guy and I can only tell you I left this store with a great experience! I will go back when i need advice or anything else in the future.
