Placed the order in December and the chairs only arrived in May after a lot of emails and phone calls. The colour is a different red to our previous chairs and the design is slightly different so they look odd to the rest we ordered a few years ago.
We looked around for chairs for our village hall, we needed a quality product that met British Fire Regulations. It was difficult to speak to internet companies to be sure that their product (most of which turned out to be imported) met our requirements. Eventually we found Styleseating who could not have been more helpful. We were invited to visit their works to see the quality of their product and their manufacturing process. They made a sample chair and delivered it from Cambridgeshire to Northumberland. After the order was placed the chairs were delivered on the due date at the agreed price.
It has been a pleasure to deal with a company who turn out a top quality job, in a straightforward manner, without hidden extras, old fashioned British business at its best.

Used this company twice would never use or recommend again. Seatig never delivered on agreed date when order placed. Once they have your full payment they don't care never return calls last delivery was 3 weeks late ! Rubbish company

We ordered 100 chairs from Style because the price was competitive and because there the frame finishes for the design we were looking for were really good. They managed to deliver the chairs promptly just in time for an event we needed them for. The website was helpful and clear and the salespeople were prompt and accurate in their communication. It was a good experience doing business with them!
Initially i was very impressed when i visited the showroom and received great customer service in discussing all the options and was able to take away sample chairs. Unfortunately when I came to place the order, I found that our original discussions around price now didn't include VAT. No where in any conversation, documentation or even on the website was there any reference to 'VAT not included'. Fortunately this has lead to their website been updated to now reflect this to minimise this pain for future customers. This was quite frustrating but as we needed the chairs I proceeded. Phone communication was difficult with two promised delivery dates passing without delivery and finally they arrived many weeks after first promised.
Whilst I have had very poor customer service, the guys in the manufacturing know what they are doing and I am very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Because of this, I would probably use them again but go into the process with my eyes open to their customer service failings.

Excellent product and excellent service, would 100% use again.
I was tasked to purchase 20 chairs on behalf of a charity holding a big event at the end of the week. How could I organise this in a couple of days? Following a reassuring conversation with Julie at Style Seating, the seats were selected and ordered online on Friday and delivered the following Wednesday, as promised.
The chairs, selected from the budget range due to the charity's financial constraints, are well made, comfortable as they are well padded and the personal choice of fabric colour and frame meant they could blend in with existing furniture.
I am really happy about the chairs provided. They did take a little longer than expected to be delivered but in the end was happy with the finish and quality. Old chairs were taken away as well at no extra cost.
The whole process from the very beginning was excellent, starting with requesting a catalogue, and samples of fabric and then a sample chair. The order was delivered at the specified date and time and the chairs came just as ordered. Julie Johnston who organised everything is a real star and her customer service is second to none. I shall recommend Style Seating to everyone.
