Complete pointless ordering from this…

Complete pointless ordering from this company if in the UK, I could of purchased this for far cheaper in the UK like £50 cheaper ! Just rubbish, the company needs to make people better aware of the hidden costs of import fees not have a tiny section at the bottom of the page no ones going to scroll down and look at while shopping. £70 just on a lacoste jacket €195 free postage then £70 import fees. The jacket in the UK is £220 with next day delivery 😕

Give them a chance. They deserve it!

Despite the bad reviews I decided to give them a chance because I was looking for a Tommy Jeans Reversible Sherpa Winter Jacket and I didn't find a single site that had it aviable except for Stylefile which had it for 107,50€. It was Friday morning and I was way too tired and sleepy to order, so I decided to order it in the evening. I got back from work and lo and behold, a weekend deal discount! So I didn't hesitate and immediately got it for 91,37€. I'm from Czech Republic and you have to pay 6,5€ for shipping to my country, but I noticed that they offer free shipment if your order is atleast 100€. Great deal, so I added a black Adidas cap that was originally 24,90€, but they had it for 17,17€. The final price was therefor 108,54€ which is astoundigly low considering the jacket originally cost 199€ on it's own! I ordered on the 7th of October (Friday evening way after work hours). The order said it will come in 4-5 business days. The 10th of October I recieved an email - it was already being shipped! My order arrived today on 13th of October which means it only took them 3 business days to recieve, process, ship and deliver what I wanted, that is one day early than it was supposed to happen! The clothes were tightly packed in sealed 100% recycled plastic bags. The size was just right and the quality is superb as it should be with Tommy Jeans and Adidas, so they're 100% real and legit, no fakes. So don't listen to these outdated bad reviews. Most of them come from people that are too "simple" to know what the term business day means, too simple to know that they have to pay a customs fee/tax because their country left the European Union, too simple to pick the right size, too simple to keep the post paperwork when you send stuff back for a refund etc. They're a legitimate business that offer quality products for a breathtakingly superb price and they do it fast aswell! I plan on buying a jeans sherpa jacket (Levi's
x Sherpa Trucker Type 3
Jeans Jacket Blue size M) + some jeans and I already know that I will make my order on Stylefile! Thank you for your great work Stylefile! I am already enjoying the warmth of my fur jacket in these cold Autumn days thanks to you and your merchandise!

Excellent despite concerning reviews

I had 2 interactions with Stylefile.com - both despite one being a return were positive.

i bought a pair of adidas shoes from them before ever reading any reviews and i received the shoes as promised within the delivery timescale - these specific colour of Adidas Gazelle were not available anywhere else on the internet so i was over the moon to get them.

Approx 3 months later the suede material on the trainer began to deteriorate in an unusual position which was not due to misuse or accidental damage. i checked out reviews on trust pilot and read so damning reviews which had me very worried. so i emailed customer service at stylefile and much to my delight they were immediately on the ball and because a direct replacement was no longer available they offered me 2 options, 1 to keep the shoe with a small defect or return the shoes for a full refund. i chose option 2 and returned the shoes after several emails back and forth they provided me with a returns label and approx 5 days later i had a refund in my bank account.

Despite the reviews some have left, i really cant fault this company. buying from them, their customer service, and returns were all pretty faultless and pain free. i would definitely use them again.

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant! Ordered a pair of trainers that were sold out in the UK but Stylefile had them in Germany. Delivered perfectly and on time. Would definitely use again.

Im in the UK & this is the second order I have made from Stylefile & on both occasions there have been no problems.
My recent order was the DC Shoes Double Box 2022 & it arrived today & I am happy because it had sold out elsewhere.
If you are in the UK you will have to pay custom charges but that is the law now & not Stylefile's fault.

No refund after 4 months, pathetic support

They got my return item 4 months ago and no refund so far. When I ask for it, they ask for paper from post which no one keep when you see that item is reach destination.
Never with them again and if you are smart you will also avoid them

Awful customer service

My son returned clothing to this company before Christmas. Twice, he has chased to get the refund he is due. He still hasn't heard anything.
Their customer service is appalling. If he had read these reviews in advance, he would never have used this company.

Nonsense regarding not having received the return. We have receipt of the post. And your email silence suggests you don't want to pay up rather than you are still awaiting the return. What a way to run a business!

Terrible customer service

Ordered a jacket through them. They shipped the order but nearly a month later I still haven’t received it. I have emailed three times and left a message on their online comment form to get an update on the order, but no one has replied to me. Terrible customer service and would recommend no one orders anything through them - feel like I’ve been scammed out of a lot of money. I note other reviewers have had the same experience and stylefile respond saying to email them but YOU NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS!!

Absolute nightmare from start to finish,no customer service

Absolute disgraceful,Im really hoping I haven't been completely SCAMMED!! I wouldn't advise giving your money to this company Im disgusted with them and their customer service is non existent so far. I bought clothing from them that are completely different from the description on their site and I always wear The North Face so ordered my usual size and all items are at least 2 sizes down, why would their sizing be different to all of my other clothes which are the same brand name,I have emailed them to the address given for customer service,it's also the address they commented on a reply to somebody else's angry review on Trust Pilot so I 100% have the correct email address, my thinking is their purposely ignoring me to get to the 30day return period. I will not be stopping until something is done. I spent a lot of money, I even tried getting them on Facebook and still ignored. I will happily update my review if the company actually do something for me
**EDIT** Stylefile were quite helpful after I wrote this review, I sent them pictures of my items, they turned out to be very polite, understanding and apologetic and a recieved a FULL REFUND in a short time from them so I updated my review as promised, Thank you Stylefile.com 😊

Total scam! Don't give them your money!

I made an order on 20/01/2022 and it was apparently dispatched the next day.
The DHL notification said it had left Germany on 22/01/2022 but by the 1st Feb it still hadn't arrived in the UK so I sent an email to their customer services.
It's now 08/02/2022 and I still haven't received a reponse let alone my order.
What a scam!

Its been almost a week since your response to open and investigation with DHL.
I am asking for a refund and expect full payment within a reasonable time.
If delivery or refund is not made, I will report this to Trading Standards as a breach of the Consimer Rights Act 2015.

I ordered vapourmax from this website

I ordered vapourmax from this website. They was arrived within the week which was great but sent the wrong size. I have been emailing them since . I have sent an email everyday and no one has still replied. It is very frustrating as these shoes are a present . I don't know what to do at this stage. Very disappointing

Fraud/Scam - Never received my parcel

I placed an online order on 4/12/21, it was supposed to come from Germany to the UK, and be delivered to my place.
On the 13th and 14th of December DHL claims have attempted to deliver my parcel but no one was home, I was there all day long, working from home and welcoming other parcels. Plus a "sorry we missed you" card was supposed to be left in every attempt... of course there was no card at all. This card should also provide me with the instructions to rearrange the delivery of my parcel, which was, of course IMPOSSIBLE ... Tried to contact DHL multiple times, and also no response whatsoever ... I contacted Stylefile.com asking for help and no answer from them either, so I recommend not to use this website, at least from overseas, parcels do not arrive and no one helps you as a customer.

Misleading - no mention of customs charge at point of sale

I wish I had read the reviews on here earlier. Claim to offer goods at a reasonable price but entirely fail to mention that customs charges may apply. It would have been cheaper to buy direct from the UK than pay the outrageous duty which is almost 50% of the cost of the item. Which I haven't even received yet. Am desperately worried what the situation will be should it not fit and I need to return it. Seriously of pocket and more than disappointed at the lack of transparency from this company. Sharky behaviour.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service, ordered two coats and received neither. I have repeatedly tried to make contact to get a refund but no reply. Hoping my credit card company can help.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

And please ignore their response below. No help has been given whatsoever. At no point was I told that customs charges would need to be paid. They have a lot of my money and are refusing to contact me to refund it. Scam company!!

According to the tracking link the parcel can not be deliverd cause you need to pay the custom charges.
As long as you do not pay that, the parcel will not be deliverd and will be send back to us.

Ordered from the UK excellent experience, prices are in Euros and already very reasonable that coupled with the euro to pound conversation worked out that I got an absolute bargain even with the bank conversion fee fast free delivery too 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered for a pair of Nike Vapormax…

My parcel arrived 6 days after I made the order, but I had to pay custom duty £72, which is half the cost price of the shoe. I’m totally disappointed, if only I knew I would have gotten the shoe from the store which would have cost me £200. Spent about £25 extra. Won’t recommend this site to anyone.
