The product is of very poor quality, not at all as expected based on pictures and video. On top of that, the company has a costumer satisfaction guarantee but they still ask the costumer to pay for the postage of the return. Terrible experience.

I have been a regular customer for…

I have been a regular customer for several years. All the products that I purchased in this store are of excellent quality and at a super price. I know that the refund does not happen very quickly, but the support service responded to me even on Saturday morning. Everything suits me, I love this store and recommend it absolutely honestly.

They have a nice collection of fashion but customer service is really poor.
I have returned my latest purchase approx 10 days ago. I have still not received a confirmation or a refund.
Sending them several emails also regarding information or style advice only result in receiving a ”ticket” but no one is answering…

Best online shop for luxury goods

I have ordered some products and have always been satisfied by the quality of their products, their prices and customer friendliness. All products are original and new, as advertised. With Stylebop you are always happy and refunds are no problem, which is not the case with e.g. 24S. Congratulations for your business model and thanks for your service.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience. Great discount , order arrived in 2 days beautifully packed , had to return one item as it was too small, return label was included in the box, and i received my refund in 2 days.. it doesn't get better!

Hope this store operates with honesty

I almost think that firm is a bunch of swindlers. After I ordered an item, they canceled my order the next day. The reason given to me was that the item was sold out. Afterwards I checked their website again and found that the item I ordered were still in selling on the website and available, but the price was higher than my purchase price.
I feel boring for such a company. They shouldn't use these tricks to make money, but to keep the customer by increasing the variety of products and the quality of service. I will never purchase anythings in this online store anyway.

A great experience with the shop.

My order arrived after around half a week after my purchase. It shipped really fast. Everything I ordered was included and in a perfect condition. I guess that they improved a lot since 2019 and I will definitely order again.

I feel like they truly care

Experience about past 3 months

I feel like my issues are really cared for with this company. I always get very prompt responses with real care in replies.

Great proactive tracking updates on orders!

1 star down since the most recent return I had made truly requires my attention.

I checked if the return payment was made.
It wasn’t.
Had to proactively email them 2x.
They said sorry and accounting has issued the payment.
After 2 weeks still nothing.
Had to ask again.
Money received today.

UPDATED:
I read the other reviews afterwards and realized they were all from 2019. Would love to see more reviews as I wonder if the lack of recent reviews correlates with their service improvement.

worst site, four months do not send an order

I ordered my sister sneakers in the summer, the website shows delivery 2-4 days. the package did not come to me for a month, and I wrote to the support service, where they fed me breakfast and explanations, saying that we chose a different delivery company. On December 19, the package did not come, I contacted the support service even more than 5 times, in the last 2 times no one even answered me))) I do not recommend it at all, the store sucks, support if representatives track comments here, order number: SB-DE_EWE15716391. I just want to write obscenities, I spent all my nerves on you.

HORRIBLE AWFUL Company!

HORRIBLE AWFUL Company!! I purchased 2 Balmain Blazers on August 14th. I received a shipment notification on August 19th but yet NOTHING has shipped!! This company has been lying to me telling me that they are going to ship each week, but yet nothing...They have charged me in full without sending me any products! Who does this?? What a scam!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I have been a loyal customer for years, probably since the website has opened, and never had a problem. This until August 18th 2019, when I decided to order a shirt from Faith Connexion at a very interesting price. Big mistake! First of after a few days I received a mail saying that my order had been dispatched via UPS but never did. Tracking number was available but the order never moved for DAYS from status “clearance completed”, something which NEVER happened before. I called UPS a couple of times and they told me that they were missing the invoice from Stylebop. The question is fair.... how can custom clearance be completed if no invoice was available? I tried to get in touch via phone with Stylebop and strangely ALL LINES WERE TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE. I sent a couple of mails, which in all honesty they replied to, the first one stated:

“Unfortunately we had to apply for insolvency at the local court of Charlottenburg (Berlin), Germany, at the 15.8.2019 in order to achieve a restructuring and continuation of the company in the best way possible.
Against this background the temporary insolvency administrator and the management of our logistics partner are currently in contact to discuss the concrete further cooperation. Therefore, a dispatch of your order could not take place until now.
We currently have resumed the delivery and are processing the orders in the best possible way - your tracking number will be updated as soon as possible.
We can only formally apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.”

At that point I knew that my order would have very little chances to be dispatched {at least in a short time) and for this reason I decided to contact PayPal (luckily I paid via them) and in a matter of 10 days I was refunded.

Hope my story can be of help to other buyers.

Do not order from this website

Do not order from this website, I placed my order 3 weeks ago and still no parcel, every time I email I get a different excuse and they have refused to refund and cancel my order. They have said keep checking the ups tracking number it will be activated soon.....I don’t believe this will happen.

Absolutely horrible service!! I still haven’t received my order and it’s been over 2 weeks now, I’ve been emailing them and they claim they have some insolvency case going on so they can’t send my item! However they have taken my money!! When I ask them to cancel my order and refund me my money (since they still have my order and haven’t shipped it) they claim they can’t do that! So they have basically stolen money from me as it’s very clear they have no intentions on sending my order or refunding me the money!! Absolutely horrible please don’t order from this site they are frauds!!! My next step will be to take legal actions against them!

I bought two items on sale from…

I bought two items on sale from Stylebop on Monday 19 August and paid over €300 for the items.
I was informed on 20 August that the goods had been shipped by email, and would arrive within 2-3 days.
The good still have not arrived and on calling UPS, they confirmed that Stylebop never shipped the goods.
I have sent Stylebop several emails, all of which have been ignored, yet they accepted payment in full.
This is the most unsatisfactory experience I have ever had with online shopping and it is shameful that they are stealing money from customers with no intention of delivering the goods.
From this thread, I understand they filed for bankruptcy in August, therefore why are they still accepting orders and money from customers.
It is a disgrace.

I finally received a letter regarding…

I finally received a letter regarding the refund. Bad news - stylebop filed for bankruptcy.
I would never see my money again, and they refused to send me back the dress I returned to them, which I paid for.
So, they keep the dress AND the money.
I returned the item on July, 27 and in their email from August, 1, stylebop told me they are issuing a refund.
They did not, informing me eventually that they filed for bankruptcy on August, 15.
Stylebop lied to me and stole my money.
Shame on them
