Horrible resolution!!!
The book I downloaded is so low resolution you can barely read it. It is not even searchable which completely invalidates the reason I downloaded it! Not worth the money you pay for a professional PDF document. Very disappointed!

I will never use this platform again. Wasted my money on nothing. There should be a clause before viewing random material that "In order to get a refund, do not download product." Crazy work.

The test answers were incorrect
The test answers were incorrect. I purchased NM real estate prep and the answers were not all correct. Age in NM to be a real estate agent-they had 21. The real answer is 18.

This company is the biggest RIP-OFF
This company is the biggest RIP-OFF. They sold me a solutions manual to a textbook, and it turned out to be blank. They stand behind the fact that they let you preview it. However, many times, you cannot fully preview a download until it has fully downloaded to your hard drive. Beware! SCAM!

The proven and certified answers where may 30% of what was on the actual exam, what a joke. Two of the exams that I purchased were not even for the correct subject matter. There is no support or way of getting a refund on the wrong materials electronically sent to me
