Ordered twice both times items were well packed, exactly as described and both arrived eariler than expected.

As the parcel had not arrived - I tracked through the royal mail app - this had been delivered and there was a picture. The picture was not of my house. I contacted the site to ask them to chase - as only sender can chase. They have refused to do so stating as far as they are concerned it has been delivered. They are no longer responding to my emails.

In an age where we've to keep and make good I decided long ago to buy the tools and accessories to keep my Sweeties Links bracelet gifted me as a wedding present by my mother after its elasticity thread snapped discarding all charms which I retrieved all of surprisingly! 😮🧐🤗

The pendent came with no original Links of London packaging was just in a plastic bag
It was supposed to be a present I was embarrassing an unacceptable to give a gift in a plastic bag

Was no way to actually know if Product itself was new or real

Their accounting is convoluted with them saying I owe them for some of the items they've sold - in aggregate they sold items valuing £140 and will pay me £9.

The web page suggests they won't sell anything for less than £25 and they 'may offer to buy it from you and waive the fees' if an item can't be sold. I just read the fine print - apparently the contract obliges me to sell to them unsold items for 1 pence.

I will give this company more stars if I could. I could not fault their service. I bought 3 dresses for a fraction of the price in the shops and returned two which I did not need. One of the dresses was amazing and I kept it, My money was refunded immediately for the other 2 dresses I returned.

I can’t even describe how bad my experience with these guys have been (as a buyer). I would advice you to stay away from this store.

I have had a terrible experience with stuffusell. They portray themselves as credible sellers but in reality they are sharks and don't really care whether they earn a profit for their customers like me.

I recently started my own business and needed a reseller to give my business a bit of a boost, so I gave them some stock and asked them to sell them for a fixed price. They ignored my request and subsequently started selling my stock for below the price I ask making me a loss.

And to add a further insult to injury I asked to have my stock returned to me and they want me to give them £25.00 for each listing, now this adds up to a lot of money when you have hundreds of items.

They even try to encourage you to abandon your stock so that they can sell it and make good profits and totally erasing you out of the picture. This is very bad business ethics and morals.

Used this company to sell 10 items. They only sold 2 and I made £5 after extortionate fees were taken. I asked for remainder of items to be returned so I could donate to charity and was informed I could have my stuff back for £25 per item……Thieves!!!
Would not recommend this site to anybody. Avoid at all costs
