They answer you after 1-2 weeks or not answer at all!
I have send 4 mails for return a product and they dont answer yet!

Questionable quality
Beautiful stuff, but the quality is questionable. Given the price of what they're selling, you'd think it would hold up during shipping. The lenses of the hood I ordered had come lose.
Customer service is right out bad. After reaching out wanting to solve the situation, I was told to just fix it myself. They would not even send me a bit of glue or subtract a bit from the price.
That's not how you treat a new customer if you want them to come back.
