I’ve had some issues in the past with studio 58 but the hair has never been anything but fantastic so I will continue to use.

I loved the hair it’s great quality

I loved the hair it’s great quality, although they was out of my colour and the micro ring beads I ordered was way to small I went to get the hair installed and they didn’t even fit in the beads even tried fitting The strand into it whilst not on my head it was to small, they don’t give you a size to choose from either

Tape in hair extensions and aftercare pack

Purchased the aftercare pack of shampoo, conditioner, protection spray, serum and detangle brush ( not that it’s needed as so far no tangles )
This pack is fantastic won’t use anything else on my extensions ever again.
I should just mention that I’ve had studio58 tape in extensions supplied and fitted by my hairdresser and they are absolutely perfect. The hair is excellent quality and feels like silk. Buy them you won’t be sorry.

I'm extremely disappointed in the…

I'm extremely disappointed in the response I received from studio58 and their customer service! If I could give ZERO stars I would they dont even deserve 1 STAR! I purchased hair extensions October 28 2019 November 6 2019 I started WhatsApping the company bc it states 3 to 10 business days for shipping. I buy off Alibaba all the time which is based in China and I get my orders in 3 days! It's now November 14 2019 I've still not received my hair extensions! When I did get a response from customer service they blamed me for choosing free shipping, me the customer who paid for product and never received! I would never in a billion yrs buy off Studio58 blaming a customer IS NEVER RIGHT OR ACCEPTABLE! They have my money and I do not have what I purchased! Very upset!!!!!

This shipment was to the United States, where the customer chose our slowest non-tracked service. In the interests of balance we should point out that we simply stated that tracked and faster options were available at the time of purchase but the customer went with the free slower option. Now, having spoken to Royal Mail they have said there were some considerable delays with US customs. The package should have arrived by now, absolutely, so replacement hair is being sent.
