Excellent, trustworthy laptop repairs

I had 2 old non-working Lenovo laptops just gathering dust when i heard about Student computer Services. The laptops were picked up from my home and both were given a free diagnostic examination.
I was contacted throughout the process and updated with feedback and also shared telephone discussions with a technician who was informative and spoke in user-friendly terminology. I decided to upgrade the RAM memory and hard drive on the Lenovo Z500 and also have Winows 11 installed. They also did various other add ons at no extra cost and then carried out comprehensive tests and checks on the laptop. The other Lenovo laptop had too many malfunctions and it would not have been cost effective to repair. From the start, i felt that i had trust in this Company and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Picking up the items and then dropping them back to my home was an added bonus. Communication through Whatsapp messaging was fluent with quick responses to questions. The cost was fair and affordable and i have no hesitation in recommending this Company to my friends and family.

Strongly recommend

Very professional staff, quite reasonable pricing, home collection and drop service which was very convenient. They provided timely updates about the progress and delivered laptop very quickly. I strongly recommend student computer services.

Whole process was smooth and clear .I have updates all the way through .Fair price ,and option to collect and deliver to the door is just perfect solution .

They fixed my laptop with no issues! My laptop had been broken since covid, and no one could fix it for a decent price, yet these guys did it for a good price and in amazing time! It feels brand new!

They fixed my laptop with no issues! My laptop had been broken since covid, and no one could fix it for a decent price, yet these guys did it for a good price and in amazing time! My laptop is back as if it is brand new. They repaced my keyboard and battery abd even cleaned my fan (which obviously hadn't been clean since its purchase), and kept me up to date every step of the way!
Would 100% use this service again and would happily recommend it to others.

Definitely recommend!

Fast, honest and friendly service. They fixed my laptop which I thought was unfixable for very good price and now it is working as good as new. Thank you so much! :)
