Item hasn’t arrived (doesn’t look like it’s even been dispatched!) and no response to my emails
I ordered a pretty expensive gift for my husband (£68) and the website stated it should have arrived within 3-7 working days. 14 days later, and still no sign of the gift! I contacted them with all my info, asking very politely if they could please chase it up for me. They responded with a one line sentence - You will be refunded as the order is now outside the specified delivery time. That was it - no apology, no explanation, and no advice as to what to do going forward. I daren't risk ordering the item again, as no idea whether or not it would arrive pending a second attempt?!
I did appreciate the swift management of the situation re: giving me a refund, but honestly, the communication and customer servicewas pretty poor. I was not given a reason for the issue, nor was I asked if I'd like to re-order, or anything else helpful.
It's just a bit sad, because I was excited to start advertising this company as an affiliate! But now I don't feel I can do so any more in good conscience, sadly :(

Website easy to navigate, great quality clothes and quick shipping
Noticed a lot of comments about Stronics correlates towards scam service...maybe a bit harsh, but definitely has tendencies towards it. Ordered Bluetooth headphones as they matched the appearance of the good ones I had before and based on reviews they seemed of OK quality. Either the reviews were left by bots or by people that don't know what good headphones sound like, but they were complete trash. Sound quality is poor, battery life even worse. After trying I packed them and decided to return. Filled the form on Stronics site and of course no replay for them for 3 weeks related to return / refund. Tried to email multiple times, was ignored every time. After that I decided to reach out to PayPal, who refunded me instantly after providing the proof. On the next day after I got the refund, Stronics contacted me to say that if I wanted a refund I should ship the item back using the return label which they provided. What a coincidence after ignoring my request for a few weeks. To be fair from my side, I sent the item back. Anyway , product crap, customer service disaster and I wouldn't recommend shopping at Stronics to anybody.
One star is too good for this company. So far 2 weeks have elapsed since I placed my order and it has not arrived. I have 'phoned 3 times and the answrerphone is full. I have emailed them 3 times and no response. I am seriously worried that I will never receive my order.

I absolutely love these AirPods! I’ve been using them daily for about a month now, and they’re holding up really well. When they arrived, the box was slightly scuffed, which initially had me a little concerned—but it was fully sealed, and the AirPods themselves were spotless and clearly brand new.
The sound quality is fantastic—crisp highs, solid mids, and the bass is surprisingly punchy for such tiny earbuds. I upgraded from the 2nd generation, and the difference in sound is noticeable—especially with how much clearer and fuller the low end feels. If you're someone who cares about audio quality, these are a huge step up.
They fit super well in my ears, which was something I was nervous about at first. For reference, I used to use the standard wired Apple EarPods, and these fit almost identically—so if those worked for you, these likely will too. I move around a lot throughout the day, whether I’m cleaning, working out, cooking, or getting ready, and I haven’t had them fall out once. Super secure and really comfortable—even after a few hours of continuous use.
Battery life has been great so far. I use them for around 4 to 6 hours a day, and usually just pop them back into the case once during that time. They charge really fast, and when I take them out again, they’re fully charged and ready to go. I only have to charge the case every couple of days—usually every 1 to 3 days depending on my usage—and even on the second day without charging, the case still has around 30% left. Really impressive battery performance overall.
They’re also super convenient for everyday use and perfect for travel because they’re so compact. Just a heads-up though: their small size does mean they’re easier to misplace, so I’d recommend being extra careful when out and about.
One thing I do want to point out is that if you accidentally drop the case, the AirPods tend to pop out. That’s my only real complaint. I’d highly recommend getting a protective cover for the case—not just to help with that issue, but also because it’s a fun way to personalize them to your style.
The pairing process was seamless. They connected to my iPhone instantly, no hiccups or delays. The microphone works great too—clear on calls, and no one’s had any trouble hearing me. Phone call quality overall is excellent, and switching between music and calls is smooth and fast.
Also, the range is solid. I’ve been able to move around my apartment without losing connection, even with a few walls in between. The case feels durable and high-quality—not flimsy or cheap at all.
All in all, I’m super happy with this purchase. I was a little nervous at first because of some mixed reviews I’d seen, but I’m glad I trusted my gut. These AirPods have exceeded my expectations. I’d give them a 10/10—honestly, probably a 10000000/10 if I could. Comfortable, reliable, great sound, and easy to use. Highly recommend stronics.co.uk I will buy again.
I ordered on the 26th of May and it took them 2 weeks to ship to me. When the item arrived, it was out of warranty and used despite being advertised as new. When I kept asking for an update for the rest of my order, they’ll say they’re working on it. I had to get Klarna to intervene. If you plan on ordering, be prepared to wait…
