GREAT COSTS, BUT PROVIDE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
In my opinion, they're actually fraudulent. I have had so many issues, and have found their support to be absolutely terrible.
As said previously, they're a benchmark for how badly a company can run.
I have paid two years in advance, and have never managed to get a refund!
Terrible Customer Service and AfterSales service
I was owner of a website that I no longer needed and they took £90 out of my account by accident and it took 7 days to be retirned despite saying 48 hours.
Then took £126 out for the continued subscription of my account. I failed to let them know I no longer wished to continue with the hosting. I let them know 1 week after the dealine and then told them not to take the money out because the website team had dispanded and I could not afford to keep the website going myself. 3 days later they took the money and said that they would take the money and then they could discuss matters further (The account had to be brought up to date) When they recieved the money they refused to let me have it back and would not take a few £'s for the time I had let them down by not letting them know I didnt want the account (1 week!!!)...
Do not join this company if your looking for a website that keeps you informed and the phrase "Customer is always right" according to the manager of returns thinks that his does not apply in changes of circumstance... :-(
Unacceptable experience
In my opinion, these are the worst hosting providers in the world.
They should be used as a benchmark for how to run a company badly. Their hosting is slow, and uses outdated technology, but their service is where they really go to town. Any issues are greeted with contempt, and I've been regularly told that I'm wasting their time. Do a search on google to see how they use customer credit card information, you might be shocked. They have a ‘bill first, ask questions later’ policy which relies on customers being very wary of charges on their statements.
Do you want a fast, reliable service with excellent customer service? Then don’t use Streamline
Not a company to deal with in any way. Avoid. Run. Never come back.
