Purchased a plushie and flash cards for my daughter's birthday. Expensive! This company does not sell "official" Stray Kids merchandise! They are fake/knockoffs that are poor quality with no official Stray Kids branding or tags.
I emailed the company to say I wanted a refund as they arent official merchandise and if they didn't refund me I would repord them to Trading Standards and Crimestoppers. They've replied saying they would offer me 30% refund. I have declined this saying I want a full refund as the items are that poor quality they probably cost £1 at most to produce. I'm still reporting them no matter the outcome of my refund. Will also let people know via social media platforms. They should not be able to market their products as "official" when it is not!

I received fake items and when i returned the items to the address the "owner" provided. The package was held in customs and I emailed them to pick it up and for MONTHS it was held and the merchandise was returned back to me with the return reason being "refused". I did not receive a refund

I received fake items. A friend of mine bought the Bag Produced by Han, the 5-Star Acrylic Stand Case, and lomo cards from this site for me as a gift. But they didn’t know that I had already bought the Bag produced by Han from the official JYP Japan store. The one they bought and the one I bought from JYP are DRASTICALLY different. The strap is shorter and wider, the prints aren’t defined, the bag is shorter than the other, and there is no inner lining.
Another is that the acrylic stand case didn’t even come, what I received was the Bracelet produced by Bangchan. Well, that one was a fake too. Even if I didn’t buy it myself, I knew it was fake by comparing it to the one on the official JYP site. The lettering/signatures were too thick, the rings aren’t the same number as the official one, and the clasp is different too (official looks rounder, while this one is more square). It also didn’t come with the box it’s supposed to come in. It’s supposed to come in a rectangular box with “for Stay” on top. But it came wrapped with Saran Wrap. Anyways, both were poorly packaged as well as they only came bubble wrapped in a bag. That’s also how warped the bag got.

TL;DR don’t buy from this site, the items are fake.
