Beware of renting with this agency. Not recommended.
Renting a flat at Vauxhall Sky Gardens building with this agency.
Actually had and have unresolved issues:
1. We've requested replacements of the broken things upon inventory check year ago. Still no results and probably no chance to have it after.
2. After we paid all the fees we had no promised welcome pack has given, no docs, no instructions, nothing. Even how to use floor heating.
3. We have spent months to get repair of broken floor heating because the agency's representative thought all work fine and nothing should be fixed. Even when we have described what the issue is and how it can be fixed!
4. Time to time we have sale viewings and agent may leave light enabled at the property after viewing.
5. Upon repair work, we had terrible situations like unauthorized use of our personal things at the bathroom.
6. Ignoring emails and other requests. Can leave you without any response and excuse.
Some of our friends live in the building and also had several issues because of the agency.
