Managed to fit in an MOT at short notice and used a booked but "no-show" waiting appointment to turn it around faster than expected on the day. Great job.

I bought 2 new cars in a 6 month period from Porsche Wolverhampton (Cayenne GTS and Boxster GTS).On collection of the Cayenne GTS it was evident the driver seat had a defect in the leather (excessive creases and wrinkles). I have photos from collection day.
I was advised to accept the car and if it didn't correct itself it would be fixed under warranty. I was fine with that assurance.
I returned the car after 2 weeks, and Porsche Wolvehampton attempted to iron out the wrinkles using an unapproved third party contact. It didn't work, and so a warranty claim applied for.Subsequently the warranty was approved and an eta given for a complete new seat base.
After a few months there had been no followup. I was then advised that the salesman dealing with the issue (Ben) had left the company and there was no record of the warranty claim or the defect.
The very abrupt service manager (Michael Rohl) then said it wouldn't be covered under warranty as it was "wear and tear"! After much back and forth and disagreement he agreed to strip in a single piece of leather as a “gesture of goodwill”. I disagreed with this as it wasn't Porsche standard procedure. Neither did it reflect previous communication on the matter.
I then contacted Porsche UK to intervene. Having seen all the evidence, communication and photos, a lady called Bethany apologized and said it was clear the seat was defective on collection and that an investigation would be conducted in the handling of this by Porsche Wolvehampton. Also that it would be covered under warranty and a complete new seat base would be supplied.
On liaising with Wolverhampton, Michael Rohl still insisted only a strip of leather would be inserted, ignoring Porsche UK.
After dealing with Porsche Wolvehampton for over a year and my seat still not fixed I gave up on Wolverhampton based on their utter shambles and disregard for any sort of customer service, and have taken it to another Porsche dealer.
Also: my brand new Boxster GTS had a puncture 3 weeks after purchase. I took it to be fixed but the secure wheel nut was missing. I contacted Wolvehampton and they said I must have lost it! A conclusion based on nothing but their own convenience. They did not help in supplying me with another so went to another dealership.
Having spent 260,000 pounds in 6 months with Wolverhampton I would have expected to dealt with professionally, courteously and with integrity. Above all in accordance with Porsche standards. However they do everything to make your experience painful and just exasperating. Don't be fooled by the glitzy showroom, croissants and coffee….the reality is quite different and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Ultimately Porsche cars are great but dealerships like Wolvermpton and incompetent staff let the brand down so badly.

We purchased a Porsche Taycan from Porsche Centre Wolverhampton and the experience has been nothing short of exhausting and deeply disappointing.
From the day of collection, the car was problematic. Within two hours the window regulator failed. Shortly after, a wheel arch trim fell off and had to be superglued back on. The car developed a damp smell requiring re-valeting, then went on to suffer repeated safety-related faults including camera restriction warnings, dipped beam failures, and brake assist faults. The vehicle was returned three times for these issues and, even after the camera was replaced, the faults continued to reappear.
We were also given incorrect technical information about the cause of these faults, which later proved to be untrue for our Taycan model. Multiple recalls followed, including battery safety inspections every 60 days and a passenger heater recall. The final straw was a complete electrical system failure, with smoke coming from the front of the car — a frightening and unacceptable safety incident.
To make matters worse, Porsche’s proposed repair was to replace the 22kW charger with an inferior 11kW unit. Being asked to accept a downgrade on a premium vehicle after everything we had experienced was simply unacceptable.
We were left without our car over Christmas despite being a one-car household, and then placed under pressure to accept this downgrade or lose our courtesy vehicle — despite earlier assurances that we would not be put back into this car.
We are now over four weeks on from the electrical failure and the only resolution offered has been a 2-litre petrol Macan, which would result in additional financial cost for our family. We are also being told we must return the courtesy vehicle next week, leaving us with no vehicle at all unless we accept a solution we do not agree to.
Communication has been extremely poor. Despite repeated attempts, we received no promised call-backs from the used car sales manager on two occasions, and the branch manager, has not even acknowledged our formal complaint by email.
The brand experience has been completely destroyed for us. We no longer trust the vehicle or Porsche to provide a safe, reliable product, and the way this has been handled has only reinforced that. To top it off Porsche GB who have had to get involved are also now not adhering to their 48 hour manager escalation process, we don't know where to turn.
This has not been the premium ownership experience Porsche promises.

I am on my second Porsche Cayenne and both times Jon Goddard made the experience of buying a new car brilliant. Always on hand when needed too which makes a big difference.

Shocking customer service, have been trying to book a service for 3 days and always told they are busy.
Clearly they only care about certain customers, will never use this garage again for service or purchase

Jonathon Goddard did a great job. Kept me up to date on the build of my new Cayenne right up until handover. The car has exceeded my expectations - following the Drive Experience Day at Silverstone I feel I got a great insight into the cars capabilities.

I had a issue with the car service record being updated, raised it with no update. Explained it on my feedback call and was told I would get a call back and never heard anything back. Not what I would expect from Porsche

Good Communication, turn around and helpful staff, I have been using them since they opened up shop nothing negative to report.

The issue was not resolved, despite 4 days in the work ship and being informed this issue was resolved on return of the vehicle. within 24 hours the same issue arose in the same place, so this was not tested to confirm any fix was done to the required conclusion.
