The reception staff were very professional and courteous. Carly then guided me to the right department along with a nice mug of hot chocolate.

Service from Chloe at Stratstone service was brilliant. Porsche Assistance hopeless, Car not collected for repair, lies from Europcar about contact same as last time, AA acting for Porsche Assistance rude and incompetent. Fortunately Chloe managed everything instead.
