Q4 e-tron needed a sensor replacing…
Q4 e-tron needed a sensor replacing after 2 years and service was also due. Person dealing with us did not seem the most competent; needless to say I don't believe the car was serviced and after calling back 3 times to clarify they still don't seem sure what was done or not done. Very disappointing as they needed the car for 2 days and now it looks like it needs to go back in for the service which was never done.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, cancelled my courtesy car at 4.30pm the day before which is included in my service package. Kept the car from 9.30am until 5pm just to do an oil change. Staff unhelpful. Already dreading coming back for the service. Wish I wouldn’t have taken out the service package then I could just use Kwick fit who always serviced my last Audi and valued and looked after their customers. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I left a deposit on a car transferred from Manchester Audi, inspected it, and had work carried out, only to be told on the day of collection that it had been sold and collected back by Manchester Audi. The deposit then took far too long to be refunded.
A higher-spec replacement was offered (with higher mileage), which I accepted at a slight discount, but the process was riddled with mistakes. My original deposit wasn’t deducted, optional extras I hadn’t requested were added and appeared to be built into the price, and transparency was poor.
On collection, the car couldn’t be taxed online due to the previous owner’s status, meaning a trip to the Post Office. A valet charge was also on the invoice, yet the car was poorly prepared, the windscreen was filthy. For the price paid, I’d expect a proper valet.
The V5 took almost a month and only arrived after chasing. I was also promised mats and a boot liner; months later I’m still waiting for the mats, and emails now go unanswered.
For a first Audi purchase, this was a very poor experience with numerous avoidable errors and virtually no aftersales support. Well below what I’d expect from a premium dealership.

Appalling service when requesting an electronic copy of our service history. 3 calls to the dealership that the team just ignore. Tried going via the stratstone portal and so far over a week later and still nothing to show.
Funny as don’t get any delays when charging £500 for a basic service!!! For a premium brand it’s just not good enough!!!

Slow
Slow, not bothered. Car dropped off at 8am, first customer. Job not even started until 3pm. HAd to cause a fuss to get car serviced same day otherwise they would have kept hold of it. Not the first time. This is repeated poor service at Audi Warrington (I've had a Q7, A5, RS5, e-tron GT and S7), but will not be buying an Audi again.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!
I have had to contact Audi and the Ombudsman about this branch. Once they have your money, they do not care, they failed to provide accurate legal documentation and basic information and accessories with the car. They do not respond well to emails, do not return calls and seem to think they can act however they please. See also reviews on Yell. Please avoid this garage, it has cost us time, money and have ruined the experience of having a new car.
