Stratford Tyres were recommended to me after a puncture required additional repairs to my wheel. I received excellent service - the repair was completed efficiently and the communication was great throughout. I would be very happy to use again and to recommend!

Brilliant service from the team after having a damaged tyre. They managed to fit me in really quickly and were efficient throughout. I was kept updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find a garage you can trust, but I definitely feel confident coming here and will 100% be returning for any future work. Would recommend!

I'm constantly impressed by the customer service at Stratfordtyres. The team are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They are also very genuine and honest. I feel confident in their advice and assured that they are not going to try and sell me a product/service that I don't need. On this occasion, I rang up in the morning for a new off-side tyre to match my current brand; they ordered it in and fitted it that afternoon. The team are always courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this garage. Thanks for excellent service chaps.

Paid for premium front tyres and wheel alignment at the same time less than a year ago. Now told the nearside front tyre is already worn close to the legal limit and on the outer edge. This should not happen so quickly with new tyres. Raises serious concerns about the alignment or whether the tyres fitted were actually new. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to use this business.

Arrived without an appointment but was able to wait while two nails were promptly removed from my tyre which was successfully repaired. They could not have been more helpful. Thank you very much.

Dropped by hoping for flat tyre replacement same day...they did it while I waited, less than 1/2 hour and I had free coffee! The guy on reception was very helpful as we're the whole team.

We've been going to Stratford Tyres for more than 10 years now which I feel is a testament to how much we value and trust their service. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The garage has grown quite considerably over the years but they have still remained personable and local, which is lovely.

Called into Stratford Tyres as I was concerned about my tyre pressure. The Lads are always helpful. Straight away they took the car and checked the tyres.
And in a short time I was on my way nothing is too much trouble.

Called Stratford Tyres on a Friday afternoon about replacing a pothole-damaged tyre. Spoke to Gary who booked the car in for later the same day. I found the whole team really friendly, efficient and they did a great job. We will be using Stratford Tyres again for the service and MOT. Great service and a good price.

Be careful. I called and booked in. I dropped my car and went to town for them to assess it. Given that I'd already had it assessed elsewhere and knew what the issue was, I did question this but 'it's the process'. When I returned I was presented with a bill for £117!! There was NO WORK done, just that they'd taken a look and that was the cost for taking a look. I disputed this and the manager came to speak with me, he asked me to step out of the waiting room. I did and explained that at no point had anyone told me there was a charge to look at the task in order to quote for a fix, the fix by the way would have been £1100! He said that he himself took the bookings and would have 'definitely' told me there was a charge. I'm pretty smart, yes, a woman who doesn't know cars, but smart enough that if someone says, "there's going to be a £117 fee to look at your car" - that would not have passed me by! I challenged him and asked to listen to the recording as I am confident it wasn't said. He went off to 'find the recording'. In the meantime, a lady who was in the waiting room came out and asked me more as she'd overheard some of the conversation. She said, "I hope they don't charge me", mine's in to 'see what needs doing' so she went to ask and reception told her that yes there would be a £117 fee! She also disputed that she had been told this. The manager returned to me, with no call recording and I said I would not pay unless he could prove he'd said it. He said "it's fine, you can go" and then he added "I'm going to listen to the recording" and I emphasised that he had said that and he clearly hadn't found the recording.
At one point, I was considering having this work done there (yes even at that crazy price) but having called round I hear it's more like a £800 job including part, so I feel there is a lack of integrity and honesty in this garage. So much so that I shall ensure I never return. Be warned. My advice, ask and then confirm when you drop your car in how they intend to charge.
