Very disappointing customer service…

Very disappointing customer service from Stradivarius Cyprus. There is practically no way to contact anyone, and the email address listed on the website seems completely ignored. Do they ever actually read their emails? I contacted them and received no reply at all. Customers should not have to chase basic communication or support. Extremely frustrating experience.

No refund from Stradvarius

After making an online order with Stradvarius , I used their return label to return the items at an Inpost locker on 22/04/2026. The locker was faulty and did not register my parcel being placed in the locker. After numerous calls to Inpost and trips back to the locker, it was determined that the locker was damaged and need an engineer. I contacted Stradvarius who said they would need to speak to Inpost. I continued to contact via WhatsApp and was informed that they had a process they needed to follow for the investigation. Despite me advising them that I had followed my part of the transaction and required a refund and their ‘investigation’ should not impact that I still did not receive a satisfactory response or refund. I raised a formal complaint on 5th May giving them 14 days to get back to me. On the 14th day I received an email , in Spanish so needed to translate , to let me know they were ‘looking into it’ I said I would give them a few days. I am now still receiving the same email telling me they are looking into it and will email me in the coming days. This is not good enough and I will never order from there again . Reading all the negative reviews on here is a concern and I am sure I will receive a similar comment as the rest of the issues received that they are very sorry and will reach out to offer a resolution that never arrives !! I am £40 out of pocket.

The online agent customer service was…

The online agent customer service was not very helpful unfortunately. It felt like they were just trying to solve it quickly and get rid of you. They have wonderful clothes but I am not happy with their customer service as I dis not receive a solution and had to search it myself which I don't mind.

Never again, Stradivarius

I didn't receive a confirmation email after placing my order online. My order was incomplete; the gift wrapping I paid extra for was missing. They don't really have customer service—only an AI chatbot is available. I couldn't get it to understand my complaint. Never again, Stradivarius!

In response to your answer: Unfortunately, the link you provided only lists chat and WhatsApp contact options, which I’ve already tried without any success. I suggest you take customer complaints much more seriously, as the Trustpilot reviews also show!

My item was lost by Royal Mail

My item was lost by Royal Mail. Stradivarius were easy to contact through WhatsApp, and sent a refund through instantly. Most companies make you wait week to see if it turns up. I will definitely buy from them again

It was my second time ordering from…

It was my second time ordering from Stradivarius however my first order was fine but the second order, I never really received it and it shows as delivered. Have been contacting customer care but no one bothers to resolve the issue timely. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Disappointing Quality and Customer Service. Three wears and already falling apart

I’m really disappointed with the quality of a recent pair of shoes I purchased from Stradivarius for £45. After wearing them only three times in four days, the sole began separating from the shoe.

I contacted customer service and provided photographs showing the fault. Their first suggestion was that I exchange them in store, which is highly inconvenient due to my working hours and distance from the nearest store. They then advised me to return the shoes for a refund instead.

While I understand companies have policies around returns, I found this frustrating given the defect appeared almost immediately after purchase and the shoes were clearly faulty. I expected better quality and a more customer-friendly resolution for an item that deteriorated after such minimal wear.

Based on this experience, I’d be hesitant to purchase footwear from Stradivarius again.

I honestly don’t understand why the…

I honestly don’t understand why the rating here is so low. My experience with Stradivarius was absolutely great.
My order arrived very quickly, everything was well packed, and the items were exactly as described. The quality was what I expected.
I also had to return one item, and the process was smooth and simple. No issues at all. The refund was processed within a week, exactly as promised.
Based on my experience, everything was efficient and hassle-free. I would definitely order again.

Rude security staff

No complaints about the clothing or their beautiful new store in the Trafford centre. But their staff are something else. As we walked in the store to look around and purchase clothes, the security guard came up to us shouting no drink no drink. My daughter asked him sorry what is the problem. Apparently you can’t bring in a sealed drink purchased next door at cafe Nero. There are no signs to tell you this, but if he would have politely said sorry ladies no drinks allowed in store we wouldn’t have minded. Maybe train your staff in politeness and not belittling your customers.

Young girl called charlotte at the metro centre was very helpful and checked the back for the top i had been looking for despite the store being very busy.

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my recent online order experience with Stradivarius.

When I placed my order, I was advised it would arrive by Friday the 24th. It has now been over two weeks, and I still have not received it or been given any clear update on when it will arrive. Every time I contacted customer service, I was simply told it was “delayed” with no proper explanation or meaningful resolution offered.

What frustrated me most was being asked if I wanted to cancel the order — over two weeks after the expected delivery date — instead of being provided with accurate delivery information or any real attempt to resolve the issue.

This order was particularly important to me as I am currently recovering postpartum from a C-section and specifically ordered comfortable clothing because I am not in a position to go out shopping in-store. The delay and lack of communication caused significant inconvenience during an already difficult time.

Unfortunately, my experience with customer support was also very disappointing. My concerns felt dismissed, and there seemed to be very little effort made to actually help.

Overall, a very poor experience with both delivery and customer service.

Items never arrived

Ordered via website, all seemed ok at first but then delivery date passed and went, no sign of the items and the tracking hadn't changed for days, I tried to contact them but the message facility kept crashing, the WhatsApp contact us just some AI generated generic message telling me to use the tracking link. Honestly after 6 days of this constant AI no help whatsoever I've given up with them, gone through PayPal to try to get money back, obviously items are lost in the warehouse. I'm not happy to just keep checking for updates when I've waited long enough. Absolute joke really, definitely won't order again.

Ordered trousers that clearly had been…

Ordered trousers that clearly had been worn as had makeup on them?? Customer service told me there was nothing they could do unless I returned them, even with photo evidence. Advisor told me there was nothing they could do, I think the Ai bot was more useful.
Having to go out my way for the fact they can’t see orange marks on white trousers when packing them up? Needed for an event in a week so wouldn’t receive a replacement any time soon. Will happily tell people to avoid this company. The reviews tell it all

Wrong item sent - twice - 48hrs to return or I'm further charged!

First item received was wrong -right size, wrong colour way. Replacement item was sent - wrong again.

Customer 'service: 'Send it back to us within 48hrs or we will change you a handling fee. We can't do anything else's.

I liked the trousers by stradavarious I bought from another app, but deleting the stradavarious app now.

Should've checked trustpilot first.

Terrible customer service

I ordered a pair of petite cream trousers, but when I placed the order, the confirmation stated they were regular length. I contacted customer service, who couldn’t confirm which size would actually be sent, so I had to wait until delivery to find out.

When the order arrived today, it was delivered only in a brown paper bag, so the clothing wasn’t properly protected. Thankfully, the trousers were petite as ordered, but unfortunately they had four marks on one of the legs.

I contacted customer service again to explain the issue. The trousers are now out of stock, so I can’t return them for an exchange. I suggested a small discount for the inconvenience, but this was refused outright. I was simply told I could return them for a refund.

The problem is that I actually want the trousers. It’s frustrating to think that if I return them, they may simply be cleaned and resold. Overall, this was very poor customer service. I wouldn’t buy from them again, which is disappointing because I did like their clothing.

Won't do Online Exchange s in store

This sister company of Zara has great selection of clothes.

But. ..They are unable to exchange clothes in store when Bought ONLINE.
This is very frustrating even when your exchanging like for like.
It's time this changed sometime you want to pick up something different , but this can't be done in store. Disappointing

Fake human agents

I ordered from Stradivarius for the first time and picked up my order from the drop off point on Sunday. Yesterday, on Monday evening, I opened my package to try on my items. To my surprise, there was a random person's Vinted parcel inside of my parcel. Obviously my parcel had been tampered with. On top of that, the light coloured garments in my order had marks all over them, which was a shame as I would have otherwise kept some of those garments.
When I needed to communicate these issues to their customer service, it was an incredibly frustrating experience. I asked to be put through to a human agent, but their human agent is evidently still AI as their human agent is always called Rafael, and is also, incompetent. It would be great to be able to attach screenshots of my WhatsApp chat with their customer service to illustrate how ridiculous this experience was but it appears I can't on Trustpilot. Incredibly frustrating experience with no prospect of a resolution!

Rude staff

The rudest young lady on the changing rooms today at approx 1pm. Snapping at customers and just generally obnoxious.
Also there was chewing gum stuck to the walls.
Awful - won’t be returning.

Missing item

Missing item. Damaged box received with no item inside. Appeared tampered with. Still awaiting outline 2 weeks later. Not even an email has been sent to confirm they are looking into it.
