I was really looking forward to the blue bashful bunny Jellycat that i ordered over a week ago, but when i took it out of the dust bag, it's body was mis-shaped. It's head is tilted sideways and it's... See more

I still haven’t received my order so your experience survey is premature. Some idea of delivery date would be useful as it was a birthday present for a 10 year old who’s birthday is today

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM- SCAMMERS

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SCAMMERS bought over £100 worth of Jellycats but realised they were fakes on arrival. Contacted them to start a return/ refund in July 2025. Used DPD via the post office to return. DPD emailed me to state delivery was made on 08/08/2025. They deny receiving the return and I never received my refund of postage fees as per return policy. They won’t even reply to my emails - disgusting scam items sent from Aliexpress !!! Cheap Chinese rubbish

Don't make the same mistake as I did

Bought what I thought were Jellycat plush toys and ended up with fakes. The plush itself isn’t terrible — soft enough — but the tag and coloring give it away immediately if you know the brand. These are overpriced for what they are, especially when you’re paying Jellycat prices for something that isn’t authentic. It’s misleading, disappointing, and a waste of money if you actually wanted the real thing. Buyer beware.

I am contacting you regarding my recent order of stuffed animals placed through your website. I paid the full amount upfront via Apple Pay, although I generally prefer not to use this payment method.
After not receiving any updates for several weeks, I checked the tracking information and discovered that the package was returned to the sender. This is surprising, as I clearly provided an Austrian delivery address.
Unfortunately, I have not received a refund for the returned order, and none of my previous emails have been answered so far. I kindly request clarification on what happened to my shipment and when I can expect my refund.

Fake Jellycats.

Fake Jellycats.
Do not purchase from here. I stupidly bought my daughter one. We’ve had it checked and it is a fake. After several emails to them and no replies. I’m now taking it to trading standards. Do not purchase.

Do not order from this company selling Jellycake products. The items I received looked nothing like the pictures — clearly cheap imitations with terrible quality. They promised a refund if I returned the items, but I had to pay for shipping back to China myself. After I sent everything, they completely stopped responding. Fortunately, I was able to get my money back through my credit card company. Be careful and avoid this seller!
They also hide the low reviews on their website.

Buyer beware! - poor quality communication from company if you want to follow something up with them.

Poor quality item sold that was meant to be a 'JellyCat' Ricky Rain Frog but arrived with a different cardboard tag and a label that had the tell-tale word 'Shang' on it.

We have tried contacting the company several times by email but so far had only response in which they offered us a free gift with our next purchase. To date, they have not resolved our concerns regarding the authenticity of the item we bought and they have not responded to the last couple of emails sent. In contrast, they are quick to respond to emails when they were initially wanting to sell us the item.
