Hanna Dewsnap particularly was a great property manager and really looked after me well. Can't recommend them enough.

Moving house can definitely be a stressful process, but I genuinely felt supported through the whole renting process with a big thanks to Ryan and Rhea from the Walthamstow office.

Impressed by the consistent high level of service from Stow Brothers property management. Staff members, especially Hanna Dewsnap, are really helpful and sort out any issues promptly and effectively. Hanna is organised and on the ball, always giving us advance notice of works to be done and landlord requirements.

I couldn’t recommend Stow Brothers enough. Estate agents often get a bad rep, but our experience with them was great - they were professional, efficient and thoughtful throughout and despite a lengthy and complex sale and chain. We felt like we had the best possible team supporting us - particularly William and Claudia, however everyone in the office was helpful, and unlike other agents the phone was always answered and calls/emails were always responded to. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends etc.

Stow Brothers have managed the tenancy on our mother's flat for the past 6 years. They found us lovely tenants who have enjoyed and looked after the property really beautifully during the tenancy. Stow Brothers have always been easy to contact, swift to deal with or support us in dealing with any issues arising. There is a very different feel to their company - they are local and care about their landlords and tenants alike.

Had a great experience with Stow Brothers purchasing our first home! During our search, we attended a number of viewings and Stow Brothers definitely stood out on how slick they run them and always found the agent showing us around to be super attentive and ready to answer any questions.

We worked with the E11 office throughout the purchasing process. Communication was great with everyone I interacted with but I especially want to recognise Mia Francis who was our Sales Progressor who was absolutely fantastic...very responsive, super friendly and gave excellent guidance throughout.

Had a very mixed time selling Senior guy met at property who gave in incorrect advice on price.. Wasted a month of time, but never heard from again.. Then was handed over to a "senior sales progressor" who was just so annoying and always had to have to last word, which was usually a put down... at one point overran the negotiations and missed out both parties solicitors... Really over stepped the mark as they are unqualified and presumably just likes the power trip... Forgetting that I as the seller pay their wages..!!!
Will not be using again.... And now after sale not one word from them just out of office replies....where are the good estate agents.!!

We have had our property managed by Stow Brothers since 2022 and we are very happy with their services. Anita is our property manager and she is very thorough and timely in all her correspondence and in sorting anything that is needed. I would happily recommend their services to everyone!

They are very helpful , and they do look after their tenants. Probably the best agency i've been with . Definitely i would recommend!

I recently did a purchase through them, and it was a lot better than the usual experience you get with estate agents in the UK. Found it really helpful that they had specialist sales progressors (rather than the marketing person taking you through the buying process), since they are quite different skillsets. (And thanks to my sales progressor Poppy for being really helpful throughout!)
When dealing with the Stow Brothers, I didn't experience the usual hard-selling, corner-cutting, blatant lying or 'computer says no' that you get with estate agents. (And when you asked them to pass on a message to the sellers, they would usually actually do so.) This made it a lot easier for me to understand where the other side were coming from throughout the process, and helped things proceed in a collaborative manner.
