Holly was fantastic during our viewings process and kept us updated with any changes throughout. She was friendly and professional and it was clear that she was trying to help us in whatever way she could, thankyou Holly!

My circumstances weren’t straightforward, but Lauren went out of her way to make it work. She handled negotiations with the landlord brilliantly and helped structure an arrangement so the tenancy could proceed. I genuinely don’t think this would have happened without her persistence and care.

Lauren - Hackney office - was amazing. Helpful, proactive, and gave useful advice. All very welcome as I had just relocated to the UK.
