We received our beautiful blanket from Story North and absolutely love it. It came quickly - in fact in time for my wife's birthday. They also included a personal hand-written card in the parcel, so I was happy. Would definitely recommend :)

Avoid! They sell items that are not in stock and the fact of getting an order confirmation only means that they have taken the money but it does not guarantee that you will receive your purchase. It has happened to us twice! In the 1st case they said that they "have just sold out of this lovely item", in the 2nd that they "sold it out last night". Well... in both cases an order was placed a day before the "just" and "last night" stories therefore it is hard to believe this explanation... Also, in both cases the sold out items were taken off their website only after I had made a complaint. Annoying and disappointing experience. We are sick of sellers like this one.

This winter we have been in the process of selling clearing surplus stock items to make room for beautiful new things and in this case we failed twice to update our site in time for customers to be aware of this. This is a unique case and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please be advised that all items displayed in the store are in stock and are ready to be despatched next day. Please also be advised that in this case the refund was issued without delay and with an email and apology explaining the situation. Beautiful things & great service
My daughter is in love with her Miffy lamp. It is has a dimmer which is great for bedtime and it looks beautiful.
There are so many lovely things to choose from. Will definitely shop again.

I highly recommend this beautiful Scandi shop, I have purchased a few lovely home bits over the years and I've been super happy with them. The customer service is great and they offer a person touch with everything they do. I will be ordering some more goodies soon!

Stunning quality products
I discovered Storynorth a few years ago through a recommendation and since then have ordered many different pieces. The biggest draw for me to keep returning is not only the exceptional quality of each item but also how individual each piece really is. There are so many mass produced items out in the marketplace now, however Storynorth remain effortlessly individual and true to their essence. My "wish list" off of their website is ever increasing .....

Beautiful range of products to choose …
Beautiful range of products to choose from and love that they are unique and not found in your average high street. I have many items in my kitchen and a gorgeous rug in my daughters bedroom. All items delivered in great time. Would thoroughly recommend Story North.
