We reserved our plot in Summerpark in December 2025, yesterday we confirmed our final choices.

Emma has been fab in helping me and my partner decide on which home would be best for us. We couldn’t have asked for someone more knowledgeable to support us in the process.

From the moment we walked through the doors of the show home at Elmbrook, Coppull, Chorley. Emma Dwyer has been absolutely fantastic. Emma explained the entire process clearly and thoroughly, making sure we understood all of our options every step of the way.
At times, we probably felt like we were interrogating her with all our questions, but Emma has the patience of a saint and is always professional, articulate, and approachable. She supported us with choosing our kitchen, carpets, and wardrobes, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
We visited the show home numerous times, and every visit was welcoming, with Emma always offering us tea or cold drinks and making us feel comfortable and valued.
Emma Dwyer truly has exceptional qualities when dealing with customers from all walks of life. We were kept informed throughout every stage of the journey, and both ourselves and the boys are incredibly grateful for all the support she gave us. This level of care and customer service is very rare nowadays.
What stood out even more was seeing Emma provide the same level of attention and kindness to other customers whenever we visited. She is a real credit to Story Homes, and we cannot thank her enough for making our experience such a positive one.

We called into Edgehill Park, Whitehaven today and saw Laura and Sam. They were so welcoming and helpful. We had so many questions but Laura answered all of them. She spent time with us and was so knowledgeable. Both Laura and Sam represented Story Homes so well.

The premises were easy to find with good parking. Fiona was welcoming, friendly and well informed.

We had some issues with our landing floorboards with movement and making noise storey sent out two gentleman Lee and Mark to fix the problem there service was excellent and very professional lifting up the carpet to fix the problem then fitting it back perfectly a credit to storey these gentleman thank you so much for great service and a professional job

Buying a Story house has been a very positive experience. Fiona was exceptional in giving us any information we required and went above and beyond in customer care. It has been a pleasure and we are looking forward to moving to Summerpark and being near our family who have also purchased Story homes. Louise Gordon

Sam has been amazing with providing us with information about the property we are buying and also the site as a whole. She keeps in contact regularly and is always more than happy to answer any questions we have in timely manner. She has been amazing in helping us secure the plot we wanted. I couldn’t fault the service so far that has been provided. It’s always a pleasure to go and speak to the staff in the Story Homes marketing suite.

We are in the process of buying our new home and everything has been such a smooth process from early birding our home back in February 2025 to selecting our upgrades and choices. Wendy at Foxbridge Rise has been fantastic and a consistent point of contact. She has answered all of our queries with no hesitation and has been so helpful. We are very much looking forward to moving into our new home early next year!

We are currently in the process of purchasing our new home with Story Homes, and so far our experience has been outstanding—largely thanks to Sam, the Sales Representative.

From our very first visit, Sam made us feel genuinely welcome and at ease. Sam took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, offering thoughtful guidance without ever making us feel pressured. This approach immediately built trust and made what can often feel like an overwhelming decision much more enjoyable.

Throughout the process so far, Sam’s communication has been excellent. We’ve been kept fully informed at every stage, with regular updates and quick, clear responses to any questions we’ve had. Nothing has felt like too much trouble, and that level of attentiveness has made a real difference to our experience.

Sam’s knowledge of the properties, specifications, and overall buying journey has also been incredibly reassuring. Every detail has been explained clearly, giving us confidence that we are making the right choice.

What has stood out most is Sam’s genuine care and personal approach. It’s clear that Sam takes pride in ensuring buyers feel supported and valued, and that has made this experience feel both smooth and exciting rather than stressful.

Although we have not yet completed, we are extremely pleased with how everything has been handled so far and feel confident that we are in very good hands. Based on our experience to date, we would highly recommend both Story Homes and Sam to anyone considering purchasing a new home.
