As first time buyers, the purchasing process can be confusing and daunting. Stacey has guided and supported us through each stage, which made the process of buying our first home very pleasant and exciting. Together with Amber, they form an excellent team.

I recently contacted Story Homes regarding a leak, and I was very impressed with the service I received from Michael and Chris. They were both friendly, attentive, and highly professional throughout the process. They took my concerns seriously, kept me informed, and worked efficiently to rectify the issue. I'm very happy with the support they provided and the outcome achieved!

My wife and I recently reserved a plot at the Woodbridge Green development, and our experience so far has been exceptional. The sales team have been consistently supportive and knowledgeable. Sarah, who has since moved to another site, and John, who has continued her work seamlessly, have both been fantastic. They guided us through every choice for our options and upgrades and have always been welcoming and accommodating, even when we’ve dropped in unplanned.

Kyle, the site manager, has also been brilliant. He is friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. We really appreciate the time he has taken to explain the build process, his attention to detail, and the opportunity to view our plot when it has been safe to do so.

From reservation to exchange of contracts and through all our choices, the entire process has been smooth and supported by a genuinely lovely, personable team. We can’t wait to move in!

Derrick attended our property to fix some internal door issues. He was able to quickly identify what the problem was, fix all of our issues and undertake some precautionary checks on other doors to make sure that the same issue wouldn't occur in the future. Derrick was very polite and professional and a credit to Story homes

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Jonathan throughout the reservation process. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the process clearly and ensuring we fully understood everything.

Jonathan is so approachable, kind, and patient, which made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he responded promptly with detailed and informative answers, which really reassured us and gave us confidence in our decision.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his level of professionalism combined with genuine care for our experience really stood out. We’re very grateful for all his help and support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Aftercare at Story Homes has been wonderful. My home had basically no snags or issues and was perfect. As soon as I have needed some support Michael in Aftercare supported me right away and had a plumber out to my home within 1 hour (out of hours) and the minor issue was resolved. Huge thank you to Michael for supporting me and for being such a pleasure to deal with.

We visited the show homes recently with Tracey Kelly at Tithe Meadows, Poulton-Le-Fylde, she was so helpful. She took the time to find out what home would suit us and let us view a finished property. We were impressed with the friendly service from Tracey and build quality of the homes.

We hope to be able to proceed with a purchase in the future.
