Worst Experience.

I contacted StormFiber on 18th September to get a new internet connection. They assured me that the connection would be installed within 14 working days. However, after waiting for several days, I followed up and was given another date — but even after that, there was no update or response.

It’s been over 20 days now, and despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received my connection. I even called their PTCL helpline, where they said my complaint had been registered, but it’s been 5 more days with no response at all.

Their representative, Aamer Qureshi, completely stopped replying after taking the payment. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing, especially from a company with such a big name.

At this point, I no longer want the internet connection. I just want my payment refunded immediately.

Worst service provider in 2025

Worst service provider in 2025, who still takes 3 to 7 days just to provide an internet connection? That’s completely unrealistic. Instead of improving service, they argue about why it can’t be done in 1–2 days. The excuse? ‘We’re too busy. if you’re getting new business, hire more people to manage both new and existing customers. Nobody likes waiting these days. especially for something as basic as the internet.

Worst

What kind of service is this? Your representative kept insisting on making the payment, saying the team would arrive in a day or two for the connection. But after making the payment, there has been no response, and calls are just put on hold. If the connection is not possible, then clearly say so or issue a refund. This is the worst customer service – even local internet providers are much better than you. On top of that, my office work is completely work-from-home, and I have been facing serious difficulties. For the past 3 days, my leaves have been marked because of no internet.

Storm fiber a true storm of misfortune if you fall for their recommendation

Just shifted to an area where nayatel coverage is not available and after almost 12 years experienced competition to PTCL in worst possible services by the Storm into future of true stone age. Where installation takes 7 days and ensures their team consumes that, only place where they honour “Commitment”.
Installation team consists of two labourers in dirty clothes on a motorbike doesn’t seem educated holding piles of cable and other usable equipment arrives after long wait and reminders and they have no equipment to climb on so they start climbing trees and poles around.
After around an hours circus and all useful contribution of things available at home they denied to connect tv sets as company provides only one and that is also for a limited amount of cable so if you have 2 TVs call someone for cable installation and instead of taking the favour install both from that vendor as suggestion by the team.
After that hanging of equipment (installation) I am still waiting for a sign of life in this equipment as it is not working since more than a day. After multiple calls to helpline they give you another tentative range from half hour to next end of shift. Now even after a whole day and deployment message they are giving time to configure router from backend at ease of their office will take another day end till 6:00 pm.
Even I am up with it. Never trust any recommendation worst backup and support mechanism if it is working like this initially how will they respond to error.

The customer/technical service is…

The customer/technical service is pathetic and despite multiple complains the staff doesn't pay heed to your complains keeping you without internet service for weeks in this day and age. Shows they lack appropriate skilled staff/team to manage their customers. Moreover they charge the bill for the entire month without even providing due service for the entire month (almost a week or so of net outage). This happened multiple times despite their surety that it will not happen again. Extremely disappointed service and do not recommend them at all.

My internet shut off yesterday around 1.30. I complained at 5.23 now it is 4.34 the next day. It has been more than 23 hours. I’ve been calling you guys every hour since 11 am today, begging that someone from the technical team should call me to update me. Nobody has bothered to call me even once. Every time I call the customer support says “the technical team just has one house and then the next house they will visit is yours”. It has been 5 hours of this same excuse. Every customer support person has said that they have “escalated” the issue. And yet no one has even bothered to call me.

Is this the respect you have for your customers? Someone can call you every 45 mins for 5 hours and you can’t be bothered to call them back even once?

Every time I call, a representative says oh it has been only 4 hours since you complained or 5 hours or 8 hours or 17 hours or 19 hours. Are you guys counting down to 24 hours before you respond?

Is this the respect you have for your customers? Who is in charge of the technical team? How is someone so busy they can’t take out 3 minutes to make a call in 5 hours. I have not been able to get any work done since yesterday 1 pm.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any internet service or any service in general.

I do not know what kind of internal communication structure you have that a complaint that has apparently been marked as a “high priority” has not been addressed in 23 hours. And forget being addressed or corrected, not ONE PERSON has bothered to reach out to a customer that has called 10 times in the last 5 hours begging the support team to just have the technical team call him back.

So either your internal communication structure is deeply flawed or all of your support staff is lying to me about communicating with the technical team.

I ordered new connection they told me…

I ordered new connection they told me within 10 days your connection will be done but now it’s 15 days and no connection is done and I paid 8300 in advance and I am calling customer care and they put my call on hold for 20 minutes and after 20 minutes they couldn’t connect me to their agent

Worst technical support and internet…

Worst technical support and internet service ever. I have called them 25 times in last 4 days and they always say field team will contact you in few hours. The field agents assigned were named Sharafat Ali and Rehan. And the agents i talked to, i remember a few names, mubashir, obaida khan and a few others. They don't give the correct details and repeat the same thing over and over again like a broken record. And their supervisor either doesn't pick up the call and when he does he just drops the call. Pathetic customer service ever. This company will shut down soon if it handles things so unprofessionally and i know that no one in the company will take action about this cuz the whole management is like this. It's the 4th day still no one contacted me to resolve this, This review is about the Lahore support center of storm fiber. Shove such a poor service up yo hole.

Very bad Internet connection if there…

Very bad Internet connection if there are more than 2-3 devices connect all will start to lag and give internet connection error. If your internet is down they say and it's their policy that they will fix within 24 hours but that's completely lie the forget your complain rather when you call them they start making excuses. Worst servers, worst service and also worst customer service too. Very disappointed with this company totally disappointed!!

I regret switching to StormFiber

I regret switching to StormFiber. At first, they seemed professional, but after installation the reality was different. Internet keeps dropping, TV service lags constantly, and customer care is unhelpful. Definitely not recommended if you need reliable service.

STORM FIBER Customer experience

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT # 0877111 dated: 22/08/2025, as a customer I am forced to understand that STORM FIBER have no RESPECT for their customers, there is ZERO FOLLOW UP and they don't even CARE for it, this can be proved with the records of conversations between ME (as a customer) and stormfiber.

It was confirmed by storm fiber Sales employee on WhatsApp that storm fiber have already done the Wiring /connections in our building/ (apartments) "Tulip Tower" Block "D" Scheme 33, Sector 35/A and the Installation of equipment will be done within MAX seven (07) working days once the payment is done.

I paid on 22nd August, 2025 for my connection and checked/confirmed my account details/status and the payment was reflecting in the Stormfiber portal, I waited for a few days for an update but no one was even bothered to call to confirm the status of the connection, I started calling Stormfiber from 29th August, 2025 till date to remind and get an update regarding the connection status, every time someone from the call centre APOLOGIZE and confirms that my GIVEN TIME of installation is OVER DUE and my connection process is KEPT on PRIORITY, they also ASSURED me that they will update me accordingly BUT TILL DATE NOTHING has been Done.

I requested the call center person to transfer my call to any senior OR give me a phone number of any administrative person/ management person with whom I can request for an update BUT they did not provided me the number, neither they transferred my call to any responsible (Senior person) despite my repeated requests, I also sent an email on 1st September, 2025 to Admin/ Sales/ Accounts(Billing) regarding the same but still no response, no one even bothered to call me OR give any reason for the delay, at least someone should have called me.

I’ve had an issue with my connection…

I’ve had an issue with my connection since 19th August, and even after repeated complaints, it’s still not resolved. The internet is unreliable, and their technical support is the worstest – zero follow-up, only excuses. Paying for this kind of service feels like a scam. StormFiber seriously needs to improve or they’ll keep losing customers.

“I have been a loyal StormFiber…

“I have been a loyal StormFiber customer for over six and a half years, but unfortunately, my experience has taken a disappointing turn. About 15 days ago, I registered a complaint regarding a service issue, and to this day, no technician has visited to resolve the problem.

Despite numerous calls to their helpline, I have received the same repeated assurances that my concern has been escalated and that a team is ‘on the way,’ yet no action has been taken. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is extremely frustrating, especially for a long-term customer.

After more than six years with StormFiber, I am now considering disconnecting their services due to poor complaint handling and ineffective field support. If this is how they treat loyal, long-term clients, I can only imagine the experience new customers might face. I hope StormFiber takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.”
