Dang...just got scammed again from one of these stupid online stores. They're not going to ship me what I paid for. No response, no support.

Lol, here we are on April 16, 2026 and storeenvy finally replies to a December, 2025 post and their reply is yet another deceptive deferal of responsibility - "Uh, it must be the sellers fault cuz we got a fraud team". LOL. What a sham. They have a 24/7 fraud team alright. Question is, are they perpetuating fraud or preventing it. Their reviews suggest the former. READ THEIR REVIEWS FOLKS. A record of 1.5 out of 5 aint no fluke. They must be making enuf money off their sham still. They keep making up excuses but they keep getting the same reviews. The common denominator here is THEM. Hey storeenvy, instead of making up lame excuses and lies, explain why you keep getting so many consistently horrible reviews for such a long time. You're incapable of cleaning up your act or what?

Original post from last December: 2 weeks after recieving a reciept, I called the vendor. They explained that the storeenvy option isn't even their store and they didnt even know Id placed an order. They told me that its an ongoing problem and that they get phone calls like mine alot. Beware of storenvy. P.S. just check the reviews and their BBB complaints. Obviously, a very defensive operation and an apparently legal scam operation. Overwhelmingly obvious, major and very prevalent issues and nothing but defensivness and excuses from storenvy. Wont fool me twice. So sad.

Do not order anything from (Storenvy) TopFashionTarget. Ordered two t-shirts, 2 months later and it still has not arrived. Reached out to them and no reply.

I ordered a dress from Wedding store on Storenvy. The dress came and looked nothing like the picture on the website. Contacted seller and no response. Store needs to be held responsible for false advertising!!!

Huge scam. Ordered an art piece from an artist, verified it’s them and all. No product ever arrived, all support/seller emails were ignored. Avoid this website at all cost!

I have made to join store-nviy.com and make business as sell they told to register and one registration is done i have to add product in the website site one added next day we ill get order of 9000 which we have pic that oder and delivery that to customer we should only pay the amount
They saay oder will be delivered in 4 day and we will get the amount back with our profit
2nd day we get order or 18000
3r day we get order of 29000
Like this they make us to play saying we will get Good commission

Ordered dvd of Creedence Clearwater Revival at Royal Albert Hall in London. Got it quickly and it's a great 1970 concert for our collection. Took us back a few years and it was unbelievable .

Huge scam, they gave me a fake tracking number & blocked me, I tried contacting storenvy & they responded with excuses. It seems like their apart of this whole scandal scam with the sellers, please do not buy, they use pictures from pinterest & other websites ( i just noticed ) & the whole company is a huge scam.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress on 3/10/2025, got an email with a fake tracking number, never received the dress paid for it though. I’ve sent 10 messages with no response to any of them. They owe me money and won’t respond

This is not the official Storenvy website. This is a scam, a fraud, a scam. I lost €2,200 in my account. It took me 3 weeks to realize that it had to be closed because it was a scam. I couldn't withdraw it because they were referring to my credit score, asking me to pay it as insurance, $3,200 and then they would pay me. I didn't do that. Of course, I told them that they were scammers. I want my money back first. They threatened to sue me. A Chinese woman named An Xin was the one who was in charge at the time. She is a fashion designer, which she definitely isn't, but she got me into this platform opportunity by referring to Storenvy, which I jumped into. It's clear that I'm going to file a complaint. I just hope that the gang of thieves is caught. Will I ever see my money? Maybe never, but if anyone reads this and sees this person, please report it so that it doesn't happen to anyone else.This happened in Hungary.

I want to follow up on Mubashir Ahmed's review, I had the same experience with a scam site with the same name, Storenvy.
The methods are the same as those described by Mubashir Ahmed, but they stole tens of thousands of euros from me. The scammer (Chinese girl) contacts you via Instagram, establishes a relationship of trust with you, then makes you enter this platform, promising you earnings, not high but constant, where you only put the money (stable coin Thether) and process the orders that arrive in your online store. Then once you want to withdraw your money, the scam begins, they blackmail you asking for money, to get your wallet back and then they disappear.
I have already reported the scam to the Italian police for cyber crimes.
If they stole your money please report it to the police, the more of us there are the more chances we have.

And offered me to open a store on storenvy like a dropshipping business
As she said she is doing a side business for two years but it was actually a fraud
I said I never experienced this business in my life she said it’s easy I will teach you and you just have to deposit some amount to keep in store wallet balance when you get order from you store
To process that order there must be specific amount in your store wallet balance after convinced me I finally opened a store that was actually at her own subdomain that she is using her own website to scam people
There was no PayPal or Mastercard option there also
I said how can i deposit balance in my store she said INSTAL a trading application BYBIT
When I installed that app
And stared deposit money through BYBIT to her own made store
She has fully controlled of my store and I just wanted to recover my money when I knew every thing about her fraud
And she started running away and blocked me from WhatsApp and deleted all pictures and detail from Instagram
But I have screen recorded every single conversation and chatting history and provided to the police station and also America police , French police and now I am going to China her home town where her mother lives
I have already informed to the Chinese police with all proofs and bank transactions and Chinese police is ready to fully cooperate with me
I just return from New York and Washington DC police to provided every thing , and they have started inquiry and I am very close to resolve this case

I would share with you when I get back my money from this Scammer WANG ZIHAN

I would say again never trust on storenvy and never trust on drop shipping

It just a fraud of money nothing else

StoreEnvy.com, Auctiva.com, Vendio.com and Morecommerce.com are owned by the same people, Michael Schnapf and Richard Starr.

MoreCommerce.com advertises their services as a one-stop marketplace where they will take your products on many online marketplaces through their accounts. They are using Auctiva.com to push their listings on some of the sites. And they are using StoreEnvy to sell their own or other people's products.

We signed up with them in April because we wanted to access Target.com marketplace. For some reason, Target's seller approval process is incredibly slow and we just wanted to access it faster.
Morecommerce was already registered with Target.com and they seemed like a good solution to push the products fast and test the marketplace.

From the get-go we started doing well on Target.com but Morecommerce.com was always late with the payments. I always had to remind them to make the payments.
However, I didn't consider it a big deal. 1-2 weeks delays is not unheard of.

In December and January we had very good sales on Target and on Jan 15, we were waiting to receive the payment for the first 2 weeks of December. That didn't come. I didn't worry, as they were always late with the payments and just assumed it's normal after Q4.
On Jan 24, I noticed there are no more orders coming in from MoreCommerce and looked for our brand on Target. This was not to be found.
I asked MoreCommerce to look into this and here is what they said:

If they knew they had issues or a shift in plans, they should have given everybody at least 1 month notice. But no, this was very much premeditated. They waited for December sales, the best time of year for any seller. Now they are not answering anymore.

We're talking about tens of thousands $$$ here just from myself. Can you imagine how many sellers are affected?

Their websites are still active, so BEWARE. Do not register! They will literally steal your money.

I failed myself by NOT reading the Reviews on Storenvy prior to ordering my 2 pair of shoes from this company. I finally received the shoes after waiting forever, and when they arrived, BOTH pairs look like someone is sitting outside by a Bonfire making shoes out of scrap/trash. These shoes are such a poor replica of what they advertise on their site. I have never seen anything this cheap looking in my life, not even at a Payless shoe or Walmart shoe store. I feel so VIOLATED by purchasing these shoes and I beg anyone that is considering ordering anything from this site to save yourself the head/heart ache. I would not even wear these shoes to take out the trash, because I know the Trashmen will look at my shoes and shake their heads. If you are going to sell a product, please make sure you are selling what you are advertising as this is NOT that. DO NOT ORDER FROM STORENVY, PLEASE READ THEIR REVIEWS

I did write out to support@storevy and got this MAILER-DAEMON notification! Your contact info is no longer working or is incorrect!
I ordered boots from The Lilly hanger almost two weeks ago but it has not shipped Plus your website continues to give me a ERROR when contacting both sites on Storenvy.

Normally 0 stars because of the model which they are trying for sellers. I was forced to proceed orders within 24 hours. I was not able to proceed one order and they froze my complete account due to a mistake of the customer site. Now the shop was deleted and I lost all my money. Never again with this platform.

This is the worst store. Also there is a fake Storenvy Plaform B2B who invites you to have your own store. FAKE!!!!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered it from them. Going on two weeks and still nothing. I would give them zero Stars if I could.

I had a truly awful experience and paying through PayPal Credit card to dispute the payment is useless
I ordered a beautiful coat but 3 months later received a horrible ugly cheap bracelet and to get my money back PayPal requires I pay postage to return the item back

I'm so angry by all of this I absolutely hate being ripped off and I'm angry this has happened too many times
