I give up. You can shove my money up your ass. Will never buy here again!! Horrible service.

My order number is RTVHZUWEL. I ordered masks on "4TH APRIL 2020" but have not received them yet (EXACT ONE YEAR DELAY FROM ORDER).
On 15TH OCTOBER 2020, the store refunded 65% of my payment and promised to resend masks, however, until now I still cannot receive any alternative masks.
I sent some reminders to the store, NO REPLY AT ALL. I hope I can now cancel my order completely and the shop will refund full amount of payment in accordance with its OWN cancel policy. I don't need any alternative shipment.
TO EVERYONE SEEING THIS COMMENT, THIS IS WHAT THE STORE NEDERLAND IS DOING. YOUR ORDER (IF IT'S a FEW MONTH DELAY) CAN BE DELAY FURTHERMORE LIKE MY CASE.

Very poor service and unprofessional customer support. If there is a rating less than one star I would never hesitate to give this store a big Zero... For a simple evidence please check the hereunder "professional" :) reply from the customer support team ... A company that consider the customer satisfaction is a miracle that couldn't been achieved.

They advertise with "shipment within 24 hours". It took 4 days.
On day 3 it was not shipped yet but they refused to cancel the order.
If you pay for tracking, you will not receive any meaningful tracking!
Shipment was really slow, so my order arrived after I had needed it.
Customer support does not seem to read my messages properly, sometimes replies with nonsense, sometimes not at all.
Still need a refund and free shipping return labels!

As for somebody that regularly shops in this store i want to give my experience.
I have placed many orders from this store, 39 to be exact, over a period of 4 years. I'm reading many reviews about people being scammed, not receiving their package, long waiting times...
One thing I want to make clear, this shop is not a scam, the products you order you will receive or be refunded, for my 39 orders 37 arrived, one returned and one never arrived, (for this I received refund).
Regarding delivery times yes, this can take long but that's what you get when you choose the free shipping option.
If you see something nice you should buy it, don't worry it will come if not for sure you will get your money back... but if you want something fast, buy local, you can not have both...

I am still waiting for masks ordered on 17 April 2020. They were supposedly shipped on 1 May. I have received nothing. I have bought (and returned) many, many, many products online since then. I also managed to renovate and furnish an entire apartment in France (remotely and without contact) and moving my whole family to The Netherlands. All this in "Covid times".
I would like to request a refund but cannot find out how to do it on their website.
I think that I have been ripped off! I already wrote a negative review a while back and they answered and tried to re-assure me. But nothing has happened until 02/04/2021 (!!!) and told me it was delivered. But is is not true! The building only has 3 apartments and no one has seen the package. 1 year later!!! I just wish they refunded my purchase like any decent delivery service would!

None of the promises were fulfilled. I bought some facemasks back on the 2nd of May, on the web they said they had stock in the country so I thought it will be faster to buy them here. I'm still waiting 2 months later.
According to the web, they delivered the masks on the 13th of May and they provided a tracker ID that never worked. I sent a message asking for a new tracker ID, no answer.
Now the tracker ID says this has been delivered on the 26th of June, I'm not keeping my expectations anymore.
I understand you might be busy with the Covid-19 situation, but you lied when you said on your web you had stock in the country, you lied with the first Tracker ID saying my order was dispatched on the 13th of May and probably you lied as well with the latest one on June 26th.
Covid-19 is no more an excuse to justify the amount of incompetency you're demonstrating, stop using it as an excuse. Reach out to your customers, do your job.

They are not based in the Netherlands, they most likely order from China and sell for twice the price

Very very bad experience! I ordered masks and some hand sanitizers online. They charged me 37 euros but I waited for more than a month and it finally arrived today, BUT only the masks and they did not deliver the hand sanitiser. This is utterly poor service. I want my refund, because I did not receive one of the item.

I order surgical mask on 15 april, just realized it comes from China even though the store name called nederland. I was a lil bit scarry it will never arrive but guess what, my package arrive safe n sound 20 pieces surgical mask just like i ordered, it arrive on my mailbox,and the tracking bpost said still on process but it already on my mailbox,it take 14 days to arrive Belgium, im not complaining it takes long, since i know when you ordered from China, Singapore,Malaysia it will takes 10-15 days. After not receiving it in that time I made another contact and I received an answer with another timing of 7-60 days. Delivery took 19 days but they did warn me it could be longer than normal. Considering the price and scarcity I think it was a good deal. The tracking didn’t appear to work but they were delivered.
I made order 22.03. 2020. Still I didn't receive any information about my order. It is still processing in their system. I send them 3 times already message and email, but didn't receive any answer. I want to cancel my order, since I don't need it anymore, and that I can see that other people also didn't receive their orders.
