Outstanding experience, after having 2 weeks of issues with DHL, no time slot, not information, even said they attempted to collect, despite me being home all day, and at the time they stated. Stop Start were asked to do the same job, arrived on the day given, within the 2 hour time slot, and minute by minute live tracking updates. What more could anyone ask for from a courier!!

Stop Start did a really great job of delivering a replacement kitchen ceramic sink and drainage unit. The tracking was excellent, so I knew exactly when the delivery was to be made, and the driver efficient and courteous, waiting for me to check that both items were in the package. Given my experiences with one or two other companies, I am happy to give credit where it is due.

Everything went well, the delivery appeared pretty much on schedule-Bristol traffic and roadworks make any kind of driving a problem-but the real-time tracker helped. Everything was secured well and Calin was super helpful and friendly, handling our shower cubicle and 35kg shower tray with great care-couldn’t fault him! Thanks Stop Start
