We recently renovated three bathrooms. Stone and Earth supplied all the tiles, grout and trims. Thanks go to the knowledgeable and patient Jason. He ensured everything was available and delivered on time. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back for our next project.

I couldn't be happier or more impressed with Stone & Earth. They have a fantastic selection of tiles, kitchens and I believe bathrooms. It's a high end store but with reasonable prices. The service from Jason was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Brilliant experience from start to finish, the showroom is fantastic and staff knowledgeable about the products on offer. Our kitchen has been transformed by wall tiling and a bespoke alteration to our existing island. The workmanship is excellent, these guys definitely know their craft. Fast knowledgeable service sensible price and the installers were quick and clean

We wanted to form a wall tile backdrop to our log burner and visited the Stone and Earth showroom one Sunday afternoon. We were met by Jason, who quickly assessed our requirements and recommended a couple of styles and materials. We eventually chose “Stone Face Indian Glory”, a slate based tile. The order arrived within 5 days and looked so good we decided to extend the profile to 2 adjacent walls. The subsequent tile order arrived just 2 days later.
Overall, the customer service we received from Jason and his team at Stone and Earth was nothing short of superb. Very highly recommended to anyone wanting high quality tiling products from an experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy company.

I couldn't have asked for more helpful and professional service. Jason helped me source tiles I could not find elsewhere resulting in a beautiful blue and white ensuite shower room. The matching grout and trim gave a wonderful finish. There was a problem when delivery was delayed, but Jason went above and beyond to procure tiles for the required fitting date. He managed this so courteously and professionally that it wasn't a problem at all. It is rare to find such quality service in this day and age.

Awesome service. Patient, constructive, knowledgeable and friendly as I was really struggling to choose a work surface. I really appreciated their professionalism and enthusiasm, with a clear desire to support me make an informed decision and find a style that suited me. Great selection of high quality tiles but the real difference was the advice from Jason on trims and grout to compliment the tiles. The finish exceeded our expectations and wouldn’t have been achieved without Jason’s expert help. Also really helpful with sourcing additional tiles and quartz for the final finish. Definitely recommend Stone & Earth.

We recently purchased some tiles through Jason and some bathroom accessories through Sonia at the Bromsgrove branch. Both very helpful, from helping us by suggesting different ideas to waiting over past closing time for us to get to them after work to finalise our decision on the tiles. I would definitely use Stone & Earth again and recommended to others!

Recently received excellent service from Jason at Bromsgrove Store, from tile choice, availability and willingness to seek and obtain reimbursement from Tile Supplier for spare tiles once the bathroom was finished. Thoroughly recommend.

They are happy to take your money when you order tiles but when you want to return some surplus of them they won't have it when any other shop accepts returns - really disappointing (unfortunately it's usually when you want to return a product you find out what sort of company you're dealing with)

Fantastic showroom and advice given by Jason for our proposed new en-suite bathroom. Tiles were delivered quickly and with all the associated grouts trims and silicone. Jason’s knowledge of the products certainly helped us make the correct choices for our perfect en-suite. Definitely recommend and will use again

Fantastic service all round ,very helpful helping me make right choice of quartz work surface for my kitchen, sale executive Jack was extremely helpful and his knowledge of the work surfaces is outstanding and the fitting team Shane and Ed certainly know their stuff excellent fitters and so and caring when fitting no cutting corners.I can’t recommend stone and earth enough they are just the best .Thank you to you all.

We purchased our kitchen, worktop, glass splash-back and appliances from Stone & Earth in Bromsgrove. Ryan was extremely patient as we went through many adjustment to the design and colour of our kitchen before making our final decision. Jack was very helpful in designing the work top and breakfast bar to avoid any joins in the quartz. Phil was outstanding in his attention to detail when fitting the kitchen which had to be built around several piers and beams. Yes, we did have one or two things that were not quite right but they were addressed swiftly. I now have a fantastic kitchen with loads and loads of storage.

We purchased our kitchen through Elgar kitchens and Stone and Earth was their recommended choice for worktops. We were not disappointed. A competitive price, absolutely stunning quartz worktop and helpful and friendly fitters on the day of installation.

Didn’t realise how much more they offer other than just worktops so we are sure to be using them again for future projects.
