Stockinjur deserve negative stars. My experience has been truly dreadful. No phone number. They won't speak to unhappy customers. I still haven't got my money back. They claim in chat it's sent but it has not arrived. There is zero customer service. They charge
£4 00 for postage which is excessive and you don't get it back even if there's an issue with the item. You have to pay to send items back. Then they do nothing until you contact them. Then the money doesn't arrive and Paypal tell you the transaction hasn't gone through. Purchased a hat silk on April 26. Sent back immediately. As of May 30th, no refund. This has happened to me twice now. So annoyed I gave them a second chance. I will never use them again.

This company have clearly never herd of customer service , emailed after our hat silk became faulty . Requested a exchange or credit , very defensive with there response and haven’t yet replied to my follow up email . Won’t be ordering from them again..

My wife wanted to order some items from them for our Granddaughter. As her birthday was not for a while she wrote to ask if they would extend the return period. Never received a reply. I would not use a company that doesn't list a telephone contact and doesn't respond to emails. It's also strange that the items my wife wants are not available anywhere else on the net!

I ordered a 12ft Pink lead rooe from them and never received it, i emailed several times and even sent message via their facebook
Eventually they resent item and gave me a tracking number which the website did not recognise, so i complained and was given a refund
I then thought i would try again, maybe the item did get lost in the post even though i had previously ordered from them and received goods promptly and with out a problem
I have todate never received item, i am not totally convinced they have even bothered sending it
I only reordered as i wanted my new girls leadrope to match others previously received ( a year earlier ) and cannot find them anywhere else
