Update my gf jus got her pay with a note attached saying he deducted her pay because he put new locks and cameras up upon her determination plus he never paid her for her vacation pay and he stole her tip $
My GF has devoted 2 years of her life to a company she truly believed in what it stood for. Healing soups. witness and heard first hand how it helped so many. As of August 1st Stock & Broth was sold to Sonny Spina "former cop' and Lindsay Spina AKA his wife. It was sold in 2 weeks. Strange no talk of the business going to be for sale. All the sudden you have a new boss. Not only does he cut everyone's (by everyone I mean her and Emily Dawn AKA former employee ) hours. Cause let it be known they ran that place from top to bottom. They came in and completely changed where product comes from, and quality of produce was rotten and dirty, my GF asked what is she supposed to do with this? Lyndsay Spinna's response was, it is what it is... deal with it. The evening of September 1st My Gf gets a message she will be having someone shadow her tomorrow. Hmmm strange not enough hours but now she has a shadow. Wtf. Day goes on and she see's her phone is on and it's recording her. She feel like her privacy has been violated. Next day she's back, my gf confronts her about it, she says cause shes got bad memory. Okay my Gf accepts that answer. But still not comfortable about it. Its now September 4th while my Gf was making Asian soup with dirty pre sliced mushroom not enough tomatoes. My Gf was then dropped off the smallest chickens and a small bag of carrot. My Gf just couldn't do it anymore. So my Gf sent a message at 1 her shift was done at 12 to please them but she new she had to stay to help Emily so she did that because they normally would work together the whole shift when pouring. MY Gf told them she was closing shop and that they needed to discuss the well being of the employees and the product quality. The response my Gf got was the remainder of your shifts are canceled and she is not to attend the business... what the phuk okay well my Gf gets back in my her car to retrieve her belongings from the shop. They are both there screaming at my Gf to give them the key this is this is your resignation, which my Gf repeatedly said she is not quiting her job at Stock&Broth she love's her job Sonny Spinna told her she wasn't allowed on the property. The business my Gf has been running for 2 years cause perivous owner was just a bank account. My Gf did everything and these people took it all away from her. Shame on them. How do they sleep at night. My Gf is sorry to everyone this will affect. Because it will, the quality is no longer there. She will truly miss everyone. She thanks all of you for all the great conversations and the kind words over the past few years. She will truly miss seeing all your faces. My Gf has been trying since September 4th to retrieve her belongings. She's called police and some how was told we (me and my Gf) have restraining orders on us. He physically was pushing my me and wouldn't let her leave the store. Lied and said i wasn't there so conflict of stories sorry can't help you. He sends my Gf a message telling her she can retrieve her belongings after hours on the side of the road, @8:30pm when its dark and there is no witnesses. Why is my Gf being treated this way. She gave everything and this is how she's treated. My Gf's and my heart is so broken 💔 Sorry for the long rant I just don't know what to do for my Gf nor does she, as our hand are tide as he is a former cop, has his fingers in politics and ran for mayor my whole city has a conflict of interest with him so not a single person is willing to help retrieve her belongings. Has he wont release nothing to her of value gave her some markers and pens are you kidding me what about her cook ware she was a chef there useing her own equipment to cook and some of her own recipe's that were hers not the businesses. He stole those too. He's a cop a crook and a bully. His ingredients are not the same, nor will they ever be. He will not use anything locally anymore if I could only post pictures you would be horrified. Anyways My gf was wrongfully dismissed of her job bullied by the owner and his wife held unlawfully confined against her own will asking while crying to please let her leave and when I asked him to step out of her way he physically assaulted me but has no recognition of me being there. But he puts a restraining order on me the same day. Lmao.. anyways im done hope he drowns this buisness as he deserves nothing. And tell your brothers in blue to quit following me its not worth it. Hope people see who you really are. Anyways everyone else have a loveley day or night time to wash my hands and try to help my Gf forget about this POS as we need to figure out how to support our family and children now thanks for ruining my gf's life something she's loved since she was 15 cooking being around or in the kitchen.
