I have never had such a horrible experience with customer service. I have been trying to return an item for 3 weeks now. Customer service is unable to schedule a proper pick up with GLS, or cancels the pick up from their side for no reason. I wish I could spread the word to everyone I know to never use this market place. Utterly unprofessional.
