If I could give zero stars I would, avoid this company at all costs. They have terrible customer service, they do not know what they are doing and they drag situations out for months and months. Useless company.

I have lived in the property for 18 months and for 18 months I have had a constant battle for them to rectify the substandard and defective install, this is not minor items, I have had experienced blatant lies and poor service, to the point them promise an item on email and then back track, I strongly recommend you do not buy a house from this company

Having lived at our property for 9 years, St. Modwen decided to put an un-official Children's bus stop outside our property. There was never one there before or we would never have moved there. Having retired and suffering sleep issues, I can't have a lie in due to the loud parents talking and all the scrwaming, playing kids at 07:45am right outside our bedroom window. My wife is an ITU nurse in a stressful job and want to lie in on her days off but cant for the same reason. It reached a point the police were involved. St. Modwen told me it was First Port looking after this and guess what First Port development manager told me it was St. Modwen and that even though they were aware of all the last 6 months of issues and having given them 4 cost free alternative areas, it still needs to be some ridiculous decision going through many committees. Why rush when it doesn't affect your quality of life. How many committee members decided that it was a brilliant, high IQ decision to do this AND have the bus stop on the busiest junction on the estate with rush hour traffic. What a bunch of geniuses! DON'T buy a property if St. Modwen have anything to do with it or you will regret it. I wish I could give zero or minus stars.

The customer service department at Head Office were extremely helpful. Excellent

Horrific! They are very happy to play up the beautiful surrounding countryside at Meon Vale while people arrive to entrust them with their lifetime earnings, meanwhile preparing to destroy that very biodiversity rich asset Meon woods in favour of sheer greed and disregard for the much needed solace promised to the community. And all in favour of a questionable product, “don’t touch em”!
