They present themselves in charge as a…

They present themselves and charge as a premium storage service. I had a leak in the ceiling. They wouldn't bring in a maintenance man for days. They made comments that the owner lets the maintenance man not show up and won't replace him because he has health problems. It had been raining for a couple days before the leak was discovered and continued to rain for several days after this allowed, damage to continue to my belongings. Management and the owner were unhelpful in resolving this, and they just want to builk you for money.
