I gave the RTL12 tyre levers a good test.

I gave the RTL12 tyre levers a good test with my sturdy Mavic MA40 wheels fitted with wired Continental Grand Prix tyres which I use on my winter road bike. I was a little concerned at first, as I have snapped many plastic levers on these rims over the years and eventually resorting to rim damaging steel levers.
Firstly I was impressed with the lightness and compactness of them. They had a very comfortable feel in the hand even at max leverage. They managed to locate the wire bead and with the hook end slipping under it effortlessly it soon had it popping over the rim. This then allowed room for the next lever to be inserted and it smoothly slid along the rim edge removing the tyre. Nice little addition which I liked was the magnetic buttons fitted which kept the lever close at hand whilst sitting against the spoke. The next test was refitting the of tyre, which often is quite fraught with the likelihood of a pinch puncture. With the smooth shape this didn’t prove a problem and I managed to resit the tyre in one action. In conclusion, these light, tough levers proved their worth against tested rims. I might add that this was done on a workbench and the big test will be on the road with cold hands….watch this space.

I purchased Stique leavers after years…

I purchased Stique leavers after years of using plastic leavers which would bend / snap, and refusing to use metal leavers because I like having intact rims. I liked the look of them, they were cheap and they were stuck together by magnets. When I punctured (funnily enough, immediately after purchase), the leavers took off my Gatorskin tyres in less than a dozen seconds. They are sturdy, easy to grip, do not bend or snap, catch a large chunk of the tyre and are easy to slide on. They leave my rims in immaculate condition.

When they suffered the smallest of chips after intense usage, Stique made good on their lifetime guarantee and replaced them, for free. I didn't even have to cover postage.

The bicycle industry is in dire need of affordable, excellent quality products. Thanks Stique for making an impact!

World-class product, world-class service!

I stumbled upon this amazing product back in 2013 at a London bicycle event.

Fast forward 7 years and 1 minor product blemish.
Connecting with the team they quickly responded, replaced and sent back a new tool in record time.

It is AMAZING to see A) a company that offers such an amazing warranty on their product B) a company that offers such amazing service!

I strongly recommend using this tool and supporting this company!

Outstanding Customer Service

I picked up a pair of these Tyre leavers from the Cycle Show two years ago, and have since found that they are virtually indestructible, having used them to change even the most suborn of tyres.
Unfortunately they recently met their match with a particularly tight Tyre/wheel combination and one leaver snapped.
Having been so impressed with these levers, i immediately went to the Stique website to see where i could buy some more, only to see that there was a lifetime warranty offered on the current designs. I contacted Stique with a photo of my broken leaver and Ivo immediately offered to replace it, even though it was a discontinued design. Two days later an envelope arrived with not one set of replacement leavers, but three sets. I can only commend Ivo and his team at Stique for their true Lifetime Warranty and outstanding customer service - Thank you very much

Really well thought out tyre levers.

Really well thought out tyre levers.
I've lost count of the number of rubbish tyre levers I've got through over the years. These from Stique are definitely a huge improvement on most. They aren't completely unbreakable, but are far stronger than any others I've ever used.
When I did break one (on a very stubborn tubeless tyre), almost 2 years after purchasing, I remembered the lifetime guarantee claim and so contacted Stique. I was surprised to get a very quick reply to say that replacement levers would be sent as soon as possible.
Brilliant levers, even better customer service. Many thanks!

Great tool and exceptional customer…

Great tool and exceptional customer service. We had an issue with one of the tyre levers and I contacted the company to provide some feedback and to see if I could buy a replacement lever. The immediate response was to remind me that the tool comes with a lifetime guarantee and a replacement lever was dispatched. However, the magnet in the replacement lever was not 'playing nicely' with the rest of the tool; not a great problem but it meant that the levers would not stack together. Once again I provided feedback, to be helpful and also because it was quite amusing. Amazingly the guys have supplied a whole replacement tool! Would definitely recommend to tool and the company.

Stique - Fantastique!

Forget the rest and get yourself a Stique MI125 CF, which, to borrow a strapline from Carlsberg, is probably the best bike tool in the world!

Seriously, having cycled, lived and worked outdoors for over thirty years and had more punctures and mechanical failures than I can remember this tool has no competition in its field. It is robust, light and simple to use.
The anatomical fit of the levers makes them perfect for any hand size, whilst the construction and design of the tool makes for ease of use in the wet, cold and dark of the British winter, yet the device remains compact and light too - perfect for commuters, weight weenies and triathletes.

It is also British. Great stuff Stique - all I need now is a Stique Bike!

The Carbon Tyre levers worked as well …

The Carbon Tyre levers worked as well as larger workshop levers with a difficult tubeless ready rim that has caused much cussing with other seat pack levers.

Thanks for your review. Our ML125 has two tyre levers; the third is shaped like a tyre lever, to fit in with the rest of the design, but really acts to hold the tool bits and the chain breaker/splitter. We put a bottle opener at the end of the third 'lever' just so that people know that it's not really a lever, and to give that end some purpose.
We put £1 coin holders in because;
1. It's useful if you have to park your car at, say, Cannock Chase, in order to go mountain-biking.
2. It helps you to remember where you left your multitool/tyre levers
3. Taking that plastic out to make space for the coins also takes weight out of the levers, which are big and strong enough to take that design.

We're bringing out some new 'roadie' tyre levers in the next few months. These are smaller, lighter, come in a pair (like our other ML14 tyre levers), hold no coins but still have the split-link holder functionality.

Thanks again for your review,

Greg

Best tyre levers on the planet, that is for sure. Using them daily in the workshop.. still on the first pair 3 months in!

Thanks very much, Tobias. Glad you like them. Look out for our new smaller, thinner, lighter, but still strong, tyre levers which we'll be launching in the Spring.

Thanks again for taking the trouble to review our ML14CF tyre levers.

Neat and handy, good after service

Great tool, well presented with case, fits back jersey pocket well
Could use a smaller Allen key for grip screws etc but other than that covers all bike related needs
Edit: great back-up service. I had an issue with the chain-breaker pin and Stique replaced it and a spare no charge within days. Tested the new ones a few times and they're rock-solid

Thanks for there view, Gary. Our ML125 'Multilever' or multitool has an interchangeable bank of tools, so you can add whatever size you want. They are standard ¼" hex-drive tool bits, so available everywhere.

Thanks again,

I think I saw this tool in a magazine, it looked the business.

Delivery was very quick. The tool looked as good in the flesh as it did in the pictures. It's a well-made tool and guaranteed for life, so where can you go wrong?
