Stinson Carpet One Floor & Home Reviews 

We had installed Shaw carpeting in three bedrooms including closets in May, 2018.
I purposely waited six months before writing an opinion to experience having and using the carpeting. The carpeting looks like the day it was installed, brand new in every room including areas where there is quite a bit of traffic. It has retained its beauty and resilience. Very pleased with the sales professional and installers as even small concerns were pleasantly corrected with respect of the buyer's wishes. We highly recommend Stinson Carpet One.

My husband and I have been together 45 years and I'm not ever one to give a hint of what I'd like for Christmas and we're at an age where there's nothing that's an absolute necessity. This year he said PLEASE tell me something so I jokingly said "OK - how about a new kitchen floor!" He said "Well, that's not very romantic, but if it's what you want, then that's what we're getting..." The next day we were at the Apopka store, chose samples of a floating floor that looks just like wood planks and Mark was at our home the next day for exact measurements. An install date was set .... and then Chris called to say that it could be done even 'earlier'. I mentioned that as long as it was someone good and who had been doing this for a while, we were more than excited to have it installed earlier than planned. Well, there just aren't enough words to compliment the gentleman who was here - Rick! Professional, courteous, easy going, exact in everything he did, making sure we were totally satisfied in this very unexpected Christmas gift. He insisted on cleaning everything himself - inside the kitchen where he had to move the refrigerator and stove and outside where all the cutting was done. Stinson is lucky to have him for all of these years on their team. We were introduced to this company back in 1996 for our carpeting needs through a dear friend and at that time, their salesman - Bill Strohaker. Our entire home was done, as well as new flooring in the kitchen. Two years ago, they installed new carpeting into our master bedroom and when this project came up, neither of us thought about going anywhere ELSE but to them....and WHY would we! We weren't about to go cost shopping, looking at hundreds of samples and becoming even more confused. We know and value the quality of product and installation and both of us highly recommend Stinson for your flooring needs. And I've learned to 'speak up' when my husband wants hints about what I'd like for Christmas....just wait until next year!

The employees we encountered were honest and proved to be very knowledgeable about floor covering and sold us what they thought was the best for us...and it was the carpet that happened to be on sale, not one of the more expensive ones. The carpet has been in place for a couple of months now, and it looks as good as the day it was installed. I have recommended One Carpet to several neighbors and will continue to do so.

My wife and I shopped carpet for several months looking in several flooring stores and the big box stores alike. Stinson Carpet One was recommended to us by friends who had carpet installed by Stinson. The store staff was very helpful and took as much time as we needed to help us decide on our selection. We enjoyed working with Mark Stinson and his team. They removed old tile and laminate from our home replaced it with 20" porcelain tile. Really added value to home.

I would definitely recommend Stinson Carpet One to any and all I come across. They are easy to talk to, their field quote personnel know their stuff and their installers are professional and very quick/neat.

I had a fresh paint job the night before and they didn't knick the walls at all. Would definitely use them again.
