I put the harness on my cat…

I put the harness on my 8 year ago cat and let him move around in it for 15 minutes. Then I put the leash on it and opened the front door so he could go outside. He stayed close and smelled everything in his sight. This morning when we got up he went straight to the front door and wanted to go out. I'm so thankful I ordered this from your company. Now I can take him on walks everyday.

I thought my cats would like the basket…

I thought my cats would like the basket but I had no idea how much they would love it. They have played in and around it for a week straight now and they are just obsessed. They love scratching it and turning it over and hiding under it. The pillow is superfluous because they dump it as soon as I put it in so they can get to the basket itself… but all part of the fun. Thank you for a well made product my cats adore.

A highly recommended basket by my furbaby & I 😻

My large Bengal x Black tabby loves his large basket. Chews and plays while lounging in in his basket. It wasnt love at first sight, never as he's a highly picky puss. Giving him the freedom to sniff and bash it for a few days untouched by me, gave him the choice to hop in and leave his scent happily. I had to remove the cushion before he'd attempt it but being patient was the key. Thank you so much for your support and a good quality item for my baby. I'd highly recommend this product to all owned by a furbaby 🤩🤩🤩

The New Favorite Toy

Our cat will play with toys but only has a few favorites. If we pick them up he watches us to make sure we respect them. He's a big cat but he loves to curl up in it even if there's not much room.

From the time I ordered my two baskets…

From the time I ordered my two baskets I have been very pleased with the help from the company staff. My two cats one 18 pounds and one 9 pounds are trying out the two sizes that seem perfect. The little one Sweet Caroline is taking her time but staff suggested putting some cat nip in and seems to attract her more. Naughty Ninja is loving her bigger bed. Thanks for the items that are of high quality.

Shotty construction

The basket might be well made, but they do not stand up like shown, they are small, even my 6 month old cat doesn't fit. I'm so DISSAPPOINTED.

My three cats love this bed

My three cats love this bed. I bought two of the larger size intially (cats are all over 12 lbs - up to 18), and now need at least one more. When I had a problem with their website (checking out) they responded to email via email in a day with helpful information and very friendly attitude.

I ordered 2 of these for a friend

I ordered 2 of these for a friend, who lives in an apartment complex where theft is rampant. They took a while (red flag) to be delivered. In the meantime, my friend lost her job. I wanted to cancel the order and return them. The pkg was unopened. I sent an email. Heard NOTHING. Delivered VIA EWR FROM CHINA, yet they falsely advertised that the rope was imported into the U.S. I heard nothing on how to return. This is a scam. I don't want them! I don't have cats! Reported to the FTC. Never order anything from IG, people. I must now contact my credit card.

The stimulus basket

This company produced a product that was all that it was said to be. My cats love it.! The smallest one which I purchased was large enough for two cats to sleep in! The customer service aspect of the company was wonderful. I had all my questions answered promptly and politely.
My cats are still fussing about who's going to sleep in the basket. It is never empty. The construction of the basket is excellent and I look forward to a long time using it. I'm very sorry that the company is not producing anymore of them.

Product description right on

Product description right on. Order status communication very good. Overall a very nice experience dealing with this company.

My 2 cats immediately jumped into their baskets the minute I opened the shipment and slept for hours.

Definitely a good investment for my fur babies.

This company is fraudulent

This is actually zero stars. I ordered one instinct basket from Stimulicat. Two hours after placing my order, I received an email stating that my order was updated, and they added a second basket. I contacted customer service stating that I did not authorize a second basket, and they replied stating that it was too late to cancel, as the order has already been processed and shipped. I replied and told them to remove the charge for the second basket at once and to send me a prepaid return label, if they would like the second basket returned. They said I would be responsible for the return charges and would only receive a credit after they received the item back and it was inspected. After a few more emails back and forth with a customer service rep named "Megan", who kept replying with the same statement, informing me it was too late to cancel, I started to realize that "Megan" is most likely a robot. I then, contacted my credit card company and filed a fraud report against them and canceled my credit card. BTW, I should have checked Amazon or Walmart for the item because they sell it for one third the price as the company! I haven't received the order yet, but I'm sorry to have gotten involved with this dishonest company!

Its more than cute to look at.

These guys delivered exactly what they advertised and what i wanted for my cat.. my beautiful old (13yo) rescue has fallen in love with her new possession, its her bed, her scratching and her toy..
Its so cool and makes me smile when every morning I get up and find it in another place on the floor, so cute..

Don’t buy from this company!

I purchased 2 harnesses for my cats. They took almost 3 weeks to arrive but that would have been fine if they looked like what I ordered. Instead of one D ring to clip the leash on they each had 4 D rings adding weight and noise. I asked them why and Stimulicat staff said the extra D rings were to add doodads to the harness. Really? What cat wants that? I had ordered the harnesses thinking they were simple and sleek.
Now, even though the photo on the web site looks nothing like what they sent me, they are requiring me to pay for return shipping to the Netherlands! Not even a US address. And the chew sticks they offered as a gift have received zero attention from my cat. Don’t waste you money and time on this company.
Personally I think their manufacturer made a mistake and they are trying to pawn it off as a design improvement instead of honestly treating their customers fairly. I will never do business with them again.

Cats Love the Baskets

We have the small and the large of the cat baskets and the cats love them both. Curiously, we often find our smallest cat in the large and our biggest in the small baskets. Regardless, they are almost constantly in use, esp. at bedtime.

One star off because after 3rd or 4th washing, the coils on our large baskets have started to separate in places. Easy to mend but a bit of a pain. (Smaller baskets have stayed intact.)

Regarding the coils on the large basket, we recommend handwashing and air drying only because these baskets are handwoven. Machine washing can sometimes cause the coils to separate. We really appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue to improve our products.

Scam

As the purge review stated, this company is misleading that it ships and is based in China. The address on the website is indeed Delaware. I received the harness as a gift and it also did not fit. Everything the other review said is true.. you have to immediately notify customer service of the return, and only then do they give you the return address in China. They also give you crazy specific instructions for the return....I had to send a picture of my addressed return package and I had to send the tracking information. If you don't, no refund. The shipping was 28.00. I shipped it on Aug 29th. It made it to Chinese customs sept 12. Where it sat. For over 3 months. I was in constant communication with their customer service team who politely told me they were going to do nothing. I told them I followed all their rules and this was ridiculous that it has taken so long. Any other credible company would have refunded the purchase by now. They refused. It is now dec 27th and the package is still not to them, and still no refund. This company is a total scam and you should stay away.

Do Not Buy From Stimulicat - False Advertisement!

1. My order took more than TWO WEEKS (!) from the time of order to the time of delivery, with wonky and unreliable tracking information (honestly, I thought my order had gotten lost or mis-delivered). There was nothing communicated on the website nor with my order placement that informed me I should expect such a significant delay. When I notified the company of this, they provided no explanation or compensation.
2. Contrary to what the website explicitly advertises - that their pet harnesses are “adjustable to fit every cat perfectly” - in fact they are NOT AT ALL ADJUSTABLE (!), which was confirmed to me in an email from customer service … WTF?!? Does that not defeat the whole point of an effective pet harness: to fit the cat securely to prevent escape?!? THIS IS EXPLICITLY FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
3. Because the pet harness couldn’t be adjusted to securely fit my cat, I couldn’t use it and wanted to return it … only to learn after going through the return process (that mind you must be completed within 30 days of purchase, which meant within about 10 days of me actually finally receiving it!) that THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING TO GUANGDONG, CHINA!!! While the return & refund policy stating that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping is buried on their website, nowhere do they indicate that they ship directly from/to China (the return address is provided via email once a return request is processed). In fact, the company address listed on the website is located in the U.S. (Delaware), so it’s very misleading! I spent WAY TOO MUCH on a pet harness THAT I CAN’T EVEN USE (!) - $37.95 - AND CAN’T GET REFUNDED because the cost to return ship it exceeds the cost of the item.
4. The ONLY reason why I gave Stimulicat even one star is because their customer service did respond sufficiently to my inquiries via email. Otherwise, they get ZERO stars.
