Wont refund, very annoying!! not good quality!!

Do NOT buy from this company. I cannot believe the 5 star reviews on here. I ordered quite a few items and am extremely disappointed in the quality. The material is thin, rough and see through. It’s like ordering Shein products with a massive mark up.

St Frock has always had great quality items. I had a credit note that had expired and they were kind enough to re instate it today which they didn’t have to do but I’m very grateful for. The response time was immediate.
Will purchase from them again without hesitation.

I purchased a dress which was dispatched with an expected delivery date of 09 October 2025. I was contacted by Australia Post to state there was a delay with my parcel. A few days later I checked again and Australia Post stated my parcel was destroyed in a truck trailer fire. I contacted St Frock and was told to be patient as they are contacting the freight company, although I had sent clear screen shots including the tracking number from their store. I’ve now been told to reorder the dress and pay again until they receive my parcel. I should be sent a new parcel as St Frock would have parcel insurance and my parcel was destroyed or I should be given a refund, yet I have again been told to be patient. I will never purchase from this company again and will make sure that everyone I knows doesn’t either.

I had accidentally overlooked my credit balance, I didn't realise it expired after 12 months. I spoke with Ally who helped me out. She was fantastic in sorting out the problem and helped reinstate my lost credit of over $370.00. Much appreciated Ally :)

I had to make a multi size refund. It was easy. I havent returned it yet but will do on Monday. I received the survey and said i hadnt received the email confirmation. For some reason it came after the survey email. I expressed my disappointment. They emailed back immediately which i greatly appreciated. They were very helpful

I had store credit that I had forgotten to use on my last email. I emailed them asking if I would be able to have it taken off my recent order. They contacted me straight away and said no problem. There service is great.

Ordered a couple of dresses and one came with bleached circular stains on a dark blue. I took pictures - I liked the style and wanted same style but without damage - and requested a replacement (and planned to return, of course). I couldn’t get a return through the portal as wouldnt even accept a compressed file picture, nobody got back to me re emailed pictures other than to say use return portal (would have had to pay postage again from there for any replacement) and I’ve been left with a damaged dress and a bad experience - very poor customer service.

Had an issue with a refund which was sorted out within a day! The customer service is amazing and the clothes are beautiful. Will definitely be buying from here again!

Great online store. I purchased two sequin tops and they were fabulous. I always read other people's reviews for sizing and ordered the perfect fit. Fast delivery and very happy with my purchases. Highly recommend

This is a fraudulent company!!! The positive reviews are from the workers who are forced to write fake ones. The quality of the clothes are worth $50c max. Do not be fooled.

St frock is excellent.their customer service is 10/10 they reply same day. Very good clothes as well. Definitely will buy again. Highly recommended.

Clothing fits poorly, size information is incorrect, returns policy is restrictive, they'll only return for store credit and customer service aren't interested in working with you to solve the issue.

I accidentally ordered bigger sizes and Ally was able assist very quickly to ensure I receive the correct sizes.
