First class service and delivery, good price and full set up and delivery included. Great local company

This company is first class helpful with good customer service. We got a new bed & mattress from them, had problem with base they were out to look and arranged new base. They deliver to bed room set bed up which you don't get from Internet company or some department stores. So all said can't beat using small local independent company. We would recommend them highly & have to family & friends

I recently bought a bed from this company and have been moved to give a review as their service was so exceptional.
Buying a bed is not a simple as you would think. Firstly you should always try it out before you buy and there are not that many places now that you can actually do this. We were shocked by the poor display of dirty and damaged beds in the so-called John Lewis flagship store in Oxford Street, London.
I have to say that the proprietor was not too amused when I said I could buy off the internet for lower prices. However we were able to try several beds before we chose the one we wanted and arrived at a good compromise price. When they delivered the bed, they carried it up our winding stairs (which I now realise my wife and I could not have done), put it together in the bedroom, took away the old bed and the packaging, all without further charge.
An internet company would probably have just dumped the bed on our front doorstep. I always try to support local companies if I can and Sterling Beds certainly justified this.
