Waste of time
From day one i started Steps to Wellbeing, I was told I am a complex case, then counsellor was on holiday. Nothing for ages, Then next session told I am not going to kill myself so I am OK and it was finished. No 8 sessions I was told I would get. It was complete joke.

This is a brilliant NHS Mental Health service. They have helped me so much. Highly recommended for anyone that needs help for their mental state. Never be afraid to ask them for help. You mayb need to get your GP to refer you.
