There’s a flicking banner that’s always present. It can’t be turned off. It’s extremely off putting.

Also a message us tab that can’t be dismissed. It just obscures your view, how many people actually use that?

Delivery was awful, order over Christmas with delivery expected on 8th Jan, notification that they cannot delivery due to icy conditions and goods not arrived at depot, fine. Received notification of a different delivery date, then date cancelled again as goods not arrived. Another date given but only one of the 3 arrived. 2nd arrived a week later and no notification on the 3rd. I contacted Stelrad direct and and the lady was very helpful and ordered another be dispatched right away, and so finally 3rd one arrived but no notifications at all about the 3rd one. Luckily we were not in a rush for them

I'm not a plumber but a competent DIYer. I needed to replace a radiator and wanted to purchase the exact size of the previous one. I rang customer services and they were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction, so I was able to order a perfect replacement.
