DO NOT ORDER.
Poor communication, multiple emails sent before a reply is received. They never or hardly reply to emails. Sent bogus Australia Post tracking numbers that didn’t even exist, Still waiting on my order to be delivered. At one stage I was told that it had been delivered and when asked for proof, surprise surprise, met with silence. Item was ordered as a present for Christmas at the start of December. Delivery times advertised are very misleading. In all, DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Such a disgusting business, they don’t respond. It’s been 7 weeks since my boyfriend ordered something for me, she keeps saying she’s sent it out and then said she APPARENTLY sent out another one. I looked up the order number on her site, guess what? No results found. Contacted shipment company with the tracking code she apparently gave him, they said it’s never even been checked into their system. Please don’t order from here

This place is shit with communication, ordered a product last month, said it would be here in 7 days have got nothing and honestly don’t think this company is in Australia… I didn’t read the reviews DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Order placed a month ago and never arrived. Seems like common practice, they were prompt at responding to me previously and then just stopped.

Necklace is beautiful but it broke after wearing it a few hrs you have to be careful because product is really thin..im not complaining because of the price..and will definitely order again

Finally found the original email n hit tracking number to find it was supposedly delivered by USPS at 6:58am 2/4/25 when I never get mail from my post office delivered before noon daily

Never received my order . Luckily I paid with PayPal and got a refund in 2 minutes of sending in a dispute . Always use PayPal Guys this business is a mess

Horrible, they took my money and haven’t gotten anything or even a person to contact for help, It’s the holidays people work hard for their money and for them to just take it and not send anything or even just help locate the item is crazy, 0 stars do not order from here.

I don't even know where to start. They sent me a faded/damaged pendant and while they've (the faceless/nameless person who deserves bad karma at this point, yeah you) sometimes answered my emails; it has honestly been one gaslighting response after another and I am so done with it.

It's actually SAD because I imagine there's a person SOMEWHERE in this business, someone who cares, and it's a great concept, but someone on the production line doesn't take responsibility for errors and then the
person in customer service is merrily sabotaging this line entirely. Could it be the same person....hmmmm?

I was going to do a caper on all my staff with these necklaces - they could have made a killing - and I even told them so in an email, to no avail.

Anyway, just go to Etsy and deal with a real person who cares about delivering what you paid for.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! Doesn’t even deserve one star!!!! Ordered a custom necklace with a specific name and received another totally different name. Tried contacting the business and have left several emails with no reply. Very disappointed and frustrated. Quality isn’t even good and cant even adjust the necklace to fit. Said that it was based in Australia and was sending through AU post, but the packaging and delivery showed that it came from China!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Bought a labyrinth game. Tiny tiny marbles and magnetic pen. Looks so much bigger in the ad Don’t bother to order. I will make sure a couple of my other friends who where looking at the site stay away
