Lauren at the Vauxhall Crawley branch was knowledgeable, clear and concise when I asked numerous questions about moving from a petrol car to an e-car. Unfortunately, I decided not to progress to a contract hire agreement, but this does not take away from Lauren and her delivery and customer support.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Lauren was great and the car is brilliant. Only thing that could of been improved was the handover its-self, the car was not ready for collection when I arrived to pick it up, it had no fuel in the car, no car mats in the car as requested, the car had mud marks in the front and had a musty smell to it. No number plates were on the car aswell which meant that we were at the dealership longer than anticipated on collection. However Lauren resolved all these issues and is a credit to the Vauxhall team.

Great customer journey, good deal in part exchange, smooth process

I'm not going to paint a rosy picture here, the dealership isn't perfect. I'd had my car just over 2 years and, although there had been delivery delay issues at the outset when purchasing the car, the many after sales issues which I encountered were predominantly with reference to the service dept as opposed the sales staff.
Having said that, this past week has been a bit of a nightmare, trying to deal with an issue through the sales team. However, despite being at my wits end at points through the week, a manager finally stepped in yesterday (Lee) and, to his credit, he managed to resolve the issue within 12 hours whilst keeping me fully informed throughout of the steps he'd taken.
So, irrespective of some issues over the years with the service dept, the showroom team themselves are actually fairly on point and, despite being run off their feet at times, they do actually seem to care.
Thanks to Lee, Phil and yes, even you Dan (😉) for your help, it's been a long week but all of your help in resolving this has been greatly appreciated
