Avoid the Manchester branch
Avoid the Manchester branch, I needed help after purchasing a car and I was being ignored,and I find this rude. Phone calls not returned, phone never answered, whatsapp messaged ignored too, Just avoid them, once they have your money the aftercare doesn't exist.

This has to be the worst dealership…
This has to be the worst dealership I've ever dealt with, the sales team seem very helpful but the service dept are shocking. They will try to avoid a warranty repair at any cost. I had the misfortune of dealing with Joshua who appears to be an agent that books the vehicle's in not a mechanic but tried to diagnose a mechanical issue with his eyes instead of a diagnostic's machine. They make sweeping statements to try to invalidate your warranty. At one point I was asked to pay over £600 for a spare key for a non key related issue. They have did a repair, said its not under warranty now won't release the vehicle unless I pay and now they are threatening to charge storage costs. Especially if you use the vehicle for work, don't buy from this dealership because it will cost you in time and money dealing with them!
