Nice hotel, horrible service!
Pretty nice and cozy hotel, but taken the price of a room, I was a little disappointed that the room was really cold and changing the temperature did absolutely nothing. On top of that having a shower resulted bathroom being floated up to the toilet and there was nothing to clean it up with, nor did the water dry up by itself.
The restaurants were nice, food was good, but the service was very rude and approaching a waitress was not easy, as they were all very grumpy and had already snapped at many people in our bigger group.
We ended up having a good time as it was a company event and it is about the people you spend time with, but hotel and service were disappointing.
