Horrible quality. Lacks substance. Infuriating customer service.

Disappointed my order apparently was…
Disappointed my order apparently was delivered near my back door, don't know why as front door is propped open, however it is NO WHERE TO BE SEEN, can't speak to anyone, telephone mail box is full, no reply to emails!!!!!! This is a birthday present for Sunday 6th June

Luke at Stay Host Save has been fabulous in managing our property. He has excellent knowledge, vast experience in the serviced accommodation and hospitality sector and is honest and open in his approach.
A very refreshing experience and one that we plan to expand upon as our own business grows.

Luke and the team have managed all three of my properties for a number of months now. Since then I have seen a substantial growth in bookings, excellent reviews and professional yet no nonsense guest communications.

Luke is incredibly knowledgeable about the short-lets industry, he is communicative and quick to respond to guests and property-related problems. His years of experience in the hospitality industry are clearly evident. I absolutely trust him and his no-nonsene approach to managing our properties.

I have used Stay Host Save for 3 months now to manage my serviced accommodations. They’ve increased my bookings to around 80-90% consistently.
Excellent communication and open to new ideas, following the hosts wishes but always offering advice and support. Nothing is too much trouble.
