Awful experience. Avoid, over promised under delivered. Waited a week for order confirmation, nothing, called them and got told issue resolved in 48hrs . Waited 6 days as heard nothing, called them and was told they couldn't give a delivery date due to an issue...... Asked for refund, currently waiting on refund.

Item never arrived as it was allegedly damaged in transit but the courier never told SCC apparently. I had to spot it about 8-10 days or so after my order. Decent customer response times but the money still has not been refunded. Probably wont bother again with SCC and just go to Halfords instead which is what I ended up having to do this time around.

This was the first time I have used this Company. My daughter recommended them as she uses them.
I wanted a present for my son -in-law and found I was spoilt for choice.
Ordering online was easy.
Delivery was very quick and I was updated as to my parcel’s progress from ordering to delivery.

Proper ripped off this time. I should’ve looked carefully before ordering 10l was £10 last time now it’s £10 for 5l I’ll be looking elsewhere now as other places are £10 for 10l

The product is exactly what I ordered. Very good value but it did take rather a long time to arrive.

Item arrived quickly in perfect condition (packaged in cardboard box with brown paper scrunched up around it). I'm yet to use the item, but the service from statuscare was great and the price better than the major online retailer I had been looking at (my web browser pop up told me it was cheaper at statuscare).

Status Car Care are a great company with great prices on Autoglym products plus there’s free delivery . I purchased the Soft Top Cleaner and Preserver which I’ve used previously but I’m now waiting for some better weather to use it . I would highly recommend Status .

Ridiculous company to deal with, delivery didn't arrive but they wouldn't refund it. Continually advising to reject the delivery in order to get a refund. Steer clear...

I ordered an item from this company via Amazon and received confirmation that delivery was scheduled. I waited at home for many hours expecting the package, only for the delivery to be cancelled without any explanation.

It’s extremely frustrating when a company wastes a customer’s time like this. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will not be using this company again.
