StartTicket service is absolutely a joke. I wrote to them several time to get the ticket of Rauw Alejandro refunded as the concert was cancelled and I also purchased the insurance for it, but I still did not hear anything from them. There is no phone number to contact, I submitted several tickets online as well as emails, and nothing. Not a word back. It's just a scam, absolutely terrible!
