Amazing gift

I like the idea of buying a star but it…

I like the idea of buying a star but it did not come with much. Not sure if I'm missing anything but it only had the star certificate and a barcode, I emailed them 3x to ask how to find out which direction to look for the star at and how the barcode would work, but I did not get a response. Kinda annoying.

I am very pleased with the certificate…

I am very pleased with the certificate and star chart. I did have a problem with my items not showing up on time and sent an email regarding the issue. My email was answered within hours and they corrected the issue promptly and to my full satisfaction. Several emails were sent back and forth and always answered promptly and professionally. Would order again and recommend to others.
