Good and economical

Good, economical food containers that can go straight into oven. Website a little difficult to navigate!
Delivery charges reasonable and delivered in a reasonable timeframe.

100% failed to fulfill order correctly - Exorbitant shipping costs.

I have ordered from these guys twice and both times they got the order wrong. 1st order, the gloves were XL instead of L. I ended up just reordering because of the the shipping costs to return them would be a nightmare. 2nd order arrives, yep ! M sizes this time! What is so hard about accurately reading the order then despatching a product I can actually use? The shipping costs are exorbitant. £24 to send it to NI!! Absolute joke.

Dear Starlight, I have been a paraplegic for the last 19 years. I was in my 30s when I was injured. My hand size has not changed in all that time so why would I order a different size to ALL the other times this time? As expected, a BS response from a company with lots of reviews. Have a read of the 1 and 2 star reviews and see if you can see the pattern. I stand by my comments. Starlight/DLAN who ever they’re trying to be are not reliable and very difficult to deal with. Avoid !!!

I ordered and paid 4 days later I rang to see why order not dispatched was told they could no reason why it hadn't been and was told it would be sent out next day as I needed it arrived today 3 days later and only partial order the rest would follow

Made an order paid for express shipping

Made an order paid for express shipping
Waited around 2 weeks and emailed them to ask where my items were, they apologise and looked into it and then I heard nothing. When it was approaching a whole amount of still not receiving my order, or any shipping update,
requested a refund and to be fair, they refunded my money straight away, but the whole experience was more annoying.
Wouldn’t use them again!
